A bit noisy even though my room was at the end of the corridor.

Very close to the train station, there’s a real luggage storage (a room !) and the staff was amazingly nice. Very clean and spacious.

Extra charge for a room with a window seems a bit excessive. Windows are not amenities that needs $25.

There wasn't anything we didn't like .. $25 parking wasn't great but we were able to find parking.

Location was great for exploring downtown Durham. Everything was easily reached by walking.

A little overpriced for what it was, but limited options in centre of town so beggars can’t be choosers. Our delayed flight got us there at midnight, so we did not love housekeeping banging on the door at 7:00am the next morning to clean the room before we had checked out?!

    Good location, nicely refurbished, clean.

The pool view rooms are small and noisy. We booked a corner city view room but none were available when we checked in. I would definitely not pick a pool view unless you're going to party.

The location is perfectly in the middle of downtown with parking attached. We are locals so we can vouch for how central it is. The room was clean and the bathroom is really nice and modern. The pool is one of very few in downtown Durham. Super helpful staff, especially at the front desk! It's pet friendly, too.

Every time I come, there is always some kind of housekeeping issue. The last time there was someone's food in the refrigerator and this time the refrigerator didn't even work. I fortunately didn't need it and didn't notice until the end of my trip. Cleaning it after each guest stay would remedy this issue.

The beds are really comfortable and the location is perfect. the hip vibe is nice as well.

The breakfast was useless, with no vegetarian options. It was really shocking to see not many options and veggie foods.

The location of the site was fantastic. I expected more for a corner king-size room, but the room was similar to others, and I didn't see any difference. The pool is really tiny and it's only suitable for children. the noise level around the pool should be reduced on weekends.

This trip I noticed desk/dresser furniture was stained at base as if it had been in water and veneer was peeling.

I have stayed at the hotel on previous trips to Durham. I like it's location, especially if I am traveling by train. The room (as always) are clean . Love the freshly ironed linens and fluffy bath towels

    Nice, but overpriced.

I think the room was too expensive, given that it had no windows. The furniture appeared tired, and the lighting was scant for an inside room. On arrival, I noticed the television was turned on, but there was no remote to turn it off. Furthermore, there were no bath towels available. Although the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the absence of basic amenities and the room's overall atmosphere failed to meet the usual standards of a Hyatt hotel. For the price, at least a coffee and muffin should have been included.

.The staff and location were superb. The person at the desk responded to each of our needs promptly and apologetically. The bed was comfortable, and parking was convenient. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It was too cold for the pool, but the view from the pool area was terrific.
