Nice facility, great location, but street noise level was a nightmare.

However it was crazy loud outside all night long while we tried to sleep. It sounded like a car accident or race track all night long (11pm-2pm ant least) and we were unable to sleep. I do not think we would choose to stay there again because of how insane the noise level was.

The facilities were nice, especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the igloo experience. Location in relation to DPAC was perfect.

Check in. Person who checked me in fielded several calls during the process. Got soaked for $ 50 parking fee (25 dollars a day). Hotel requires $100 incidental deposit via credit card which takes several days to refund to your account. Our poolside view turned out to be a wall with a large fire extinguisher on it. Workers gathered at the bar near the pool and were very loud several times during our stay. No microwave in room. Cleaners in parking garage used blowers to sweep and covered our car in dust.

Wife loved the Greek restaurant attached to the hotel. Great location.

The service wasn’t great. The breakfast area is dark and not welcoming. The breakfast options aren’t great and are pre-prepared and re-heated.

Decent sized clean room. The pool area is nice although the pool is really small and there’s not much privacy for poolside rooms.

Our bedroom was on the 4th floor, facing the pool, DIRECTLY ABOVE THE DJ WHO PLAYED BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS UNTIL 10. LOUDLY. It was a huge bummer.

    Wonderful staff. Good location.

Only thing, for me,that could've been better is if there was a Jacuzzi on the premises. But other than that,me and wifey absolutely love this place.

The rooftop pool, bar, and in house restaurant. The fries are great, followed by the flatbread pizza's...really pretty much everything on menu is A1,we stayed at unscripted last summer, and the food was slammin again,Fish Taco's, all the way baby...

We were under the stairs, so instead of a “pool view” we had a stairs view. No clean towels the entire afternoon at the pool and half of the rooftop patio blocked off for a private party, meant we were jammed in a small area with evvveeeryyyoonneee. The closet door came off in my hand and the rest of the bedroom furniture was in a rough state too. There’s a lot of potential here, it’s just not coming together.

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful views and in the heart of Durham.

This is set up almost like a night club, with loud speakers in front of our room until 10pm, then you could hear music from the lobby until 2pm. Door to the hotel had a 1/4 wide gap at the bottom letting everything in. Lighting wasn't great inside the room, tv didn't work, well, didn't pull any channels, no shower curtain, bar at the pool made so crowded with intoxicated people I didn't want my kids out there.

Location to dpac was about the only good thing for us.

Our room felt like a closet -- the only window faced a public hallway and a wall/ some AC units. it was dark during the day and very noisy/ lacked privacy at night. We felt very uncomfortable in there. Given the price (more than $300 per night) we were expecting more.

    Nothing

We were on the third floor (recommended) right beside the pool….. you park in the garage on the level your room is on, for example I parked the SUV on the third floor of the garage and walked directly inside to our room 318! Phenomenal want to stay at a hotel! The beds were so comfortable and the staff just smiled and smiled

No microwaves in rooms, small refrigerators. People/staff were loud around the pool area in the morning, considering check out was at noon.

Great location, just a short walk to DPAC and Carolina Theatre. Friendly ,helpful, and accommodating staff. Great lobby area. Nice having a restaurant and bar on location. Nice having the parking on each floor, making unloading/loading a breeze. Loved the artwork in and around the hotel. Clean and comfortable beds.
