Not much; It was a shame my daughter couldn’t come in the bar with me and not have a soft drink but I realize this is US rules. The rooms are small but we expected this having been to New York many times but the staff were supper kind and helpful.

We loved our room. It was small but the balcony was amazing and the view was amazing. It was quiet and felt safe. The area was perfect for Lower Manhattan and also getting the subway to Brooklyn. We loved the free coffee and pastry each morning.

The room was tiny, the refrigerator even when replaced didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t seal by design reducing privacy. Would have loved some healthier breakfast options.

Coffee was great. The location was superb, great subway options close by, whole foods around the corner for supplies and really comfortable bed and pillows. Reliable wifi. Unlisted rooftop bar was a bonus.

No vegan option for pastries in the morning but other than that everything was great!

The hotel is super cool and in a great location. Really great cafe for the mornings and spacious rooms. The free coffee and breakfast was such an added bonus and would recommend visiting the bar/restaurant on the 11th floor for great cocktails and views!

Being next to a shelter, it didn’t always feel completely safe. Especially late at night arriving back.

The main entrance down Freeman Alley can get a little congested with vehicles and people admiring the artwork, especially at peak times. The Bowery as a whole can appear quite rundown at times, especially if you’re not used to be big cities.

Excellent location in LES, very modern and cool, room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfy.

Hard to find since it's tucked into an alley but I guess that was part of the appeal... hidden gem for sure

Wish roof bar was open every evening as we loved it up there. Would love cafe space to do more food

Relaxed but also comfy. Loved croissant and great coffee in the morning. Liked the self service little shop for snacks. Skyline from the roof bar was amazing Room was spotless and had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable.

The back exit of the hotel to Bowery Street was unpleasant

We got a room that had noise from the outside and I asked to change rooms, the service was impeccable and great and they moved us straight to another upgraded room without asking for an additional payment. The location of the hotel was amazing, we couldn't have asked for a better location. In the morning there is excellent coffee and great free pastries for guests. I can say in general that me and my partner enjoyed the stay and recommend it to others

We arrived very late at night/early in the morning. Since the front of the alley is not lit, it was a little intimidating looking for the entrance for the first time.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay! The location was perfect for exploring LES and Little Italy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

They tried charging me for smoking in the room where I absolutely did not. The room comes with a private outside terrace. I made sure to smoke outside at all moments with terrace door closed. 150$ to remove the smell from outside air is rich.

No ice machine. Had to ask for cups of ice. No coffee machine in room. Original tiny fridge had to be replaced. It worked fine but the door didn’t close properly.

Room a bit small. One side of bed against the wall. No direct access to Netflix etc on TV. Safe did not work. Very small fridge. Minimalist breakfast only one croissant and barista coffee.

Super clean. Hip clientele. Fantastic location. 10-15 minute walk to Greenwich Village or Chinatown. Great coffee at breakfast. Seemed safe and secure.
