The staff were super nice and friendly. Shuttle worked great for getting to and from the mountain and we are super close to the mountain while still having more bang for your buck with the stay.

Nothing to dislike!

Only 5 min to Vail Village and even closer the I-70. Peaceful parking lot and they plow it well after snow and the grocery store is 3 miles down the road. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the fire place was helpful to dry out your equipment from skiing. Carol at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating!

It is a 10 minute bus to Vail village or supermarket. Just have to be organised!

Having to be asked to be buzzed into the gym everytime.. There needed to be 2 snow shuttles on rotation, not one

The only downside for us was that the double bed was on the small size, but it was comfortable, and there was also a sofa bed we could have used.

We had a bright, good size studio apartment. The room and facilities were well equipped and managed. Nice hot tub and pool. Shuttle to the ski lift was efficient, with a choice of Lionshead or Vail Village, leaving every 15 minutes or so at peak times. They have parking onsite. Note that parking in Vail village is free in the evenings, so we were able to go to several good restaurants.

It’s the third year my sister and I have stayed here. I had requested limiting fragrances in the condo as I have allergies that acted up on those previous stays. Glad that it was much better this time. The condo was comfortable and convenient to Lionshead with the shuttle. Carol at reception was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that could have been a little better was a different bed configuration. We knew when booking that someone in the group was going to sleep on the sofa bed. We had a room with a queen and a single, plus the pull-out sofa. We let the kids have the room with the beds and we took the sofa. It was very comfortable and we could wind down with the fire each evening, so we really didn't mind, it just made for some set up in the evenings and recombobulation in the morning.

We liked the room a lot - we used the fireplace a ton and loved that the kitchen was fully stocked. Any larger kitchen items like dutch ovens or roasting pans were available if requested. With two young kids who were tired after full days of skiing, we were happy to come back to a movie night and a homemade dinner. We also were thrilled to find that the reading room next to the front desk had lots of puzzles, books, toys and games to borrow. They even had a few of our kids' favorites, which we used a lot on our day off of skiing. The location worked well and had a great view, plus the resort's shuttle took us right to the ski school/gondola in the morning and did free trips to the grocery stores in the evening. It's also easy to pick up the free local bus - we took my daughter to a diner for brunch on her birthday and it was a breeze getting around without a car.

The hotel decor and ambience are a little outdated but its understandable, just be aware that rooms and the hotel in general might have a dated look, but the facilities are great and work perfectly, even a fireplace inside the room!.

The location and staff were amazing. The hotel provides a private shuttle that could take you to the most important spots and you connect with the municipal transit system which is free!. The staff especially Juan, George and Terry were amazing and helpful during our stay!

The lift was not working on the first night when we arrived after 10 pm. There was no one around to take care of the issue. However the next morning it was running again. We were told that it had to rest and restarted

We liked the cleanliness of the property. The common area was very clean and fresh. The apartment was also very clean and had everything we needed. I had to run to the reception to ask for an iron and an ironing board and they had it in my room within minutes.

Room was comfortable with plenty of space. It's well set up for people to stay -- kitchen, plenty of room to put away or hang up clothes. They remembered the little things, like extra boxes of tissue and a soft light that comes on in the bathroom at night. The outdoor pool + hot tub was great. There's a game room for kids that also has board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books.
