United StatesIt smelled bad. The hallway smelled like a combination of fried chicken and dirty gym socks. The nonsmoking room had been smoked in. Even the pillows and sheets smelled of smoke. Room also had a general musky smell. What I assume to be black mold in shower ceiling and on hallway ceiling tiles.
Location was great and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

They closed the breakfast early on Sunday it was supposed to he open until 10 am and was closed at 9 am. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the front desk staff to appear so we could check out..

United StatesThe first day my flight came in early I ask the front desk if she could check me in early and she said for a $75 fee I told her I didn’t want to pay it and she made me sit there from 9:30 until exactly 2pm .
This hotel needs better variety. The only thing to eat is waffles there could be a few sandwiches and some scrambled eggs. The juice machine came while I was there but I just went out for breakfast because variety was just not suitable and I started have stomach burn.

Check-in went well. The clerk was very friendly, and she was training a new employee. The breakfast was good, but not very good. The luggage cart was very convenient!

Creamers were old because milk blobs were in my coffee. If breakfast was improved my score would have been higher.

United States1st room, bathroom not good. Toilet too low, no grab bars. Room and bathroom needed an upgrade.
They let us change rooms due to poor accessibility for my 84-year-old mother in the bathroom. The 1st room 130 has a tight bathroom with a VERY low toilet. No grab bars. We changed to a handicap room. Unfortunately, they only had a king bed, but we made due.

United StatesThe incidentals fee is twice the room rate which is nuts for a nothing special hotel. The rooms I booked weren’t available in the system and the desk clerk had to figure it out. (No shade to him. He was polite, professional and patient) It says “pet friendly” and the pet fee is reasonable. But no pets allowed in lobby area or through the front door (side door only), which makes getting breakfast difficult for a solo traveler since you also can’t leave the pet alone in the room. The room we were put in smelled horrible A gross cross between cleaner/ air freshener and mildewy animal. I understand designating specific rooms for those with pets but it was pretty gross. There was something sticky disgusting in the floor/carpet that I don’t even want to take a guess at. The bathroom was “accessible” and the lift, seat, whatever it was had brown stuff under it. So gross I didn’t even use the shower.
