IsraelStay away from this motel! We arrived at the motel at 11 PM after a long and exhausting day on the roads, and found that there is no hot water in the shower. I approached the receptionist, whose name is Angel, and asked her for a solution to the problem, but she treated me with disdain and rudeness, while she makes an angry face for I "bothering" her with that problem. At first, she offered to move us to a room is different than the one we booked, which has two separate beds. I explained her that we are a couple and that it's not the room we booked. In response, she got angry and told me that she refund us and that we should go look for another place to stay in. And this, when she knows it's almost midnight! I asked Angel if we could shower in the other room ( the one with two beds), and go back to sleep in our room. Well, her answer to this question was no less outrageous than the previous one - that she will charge us for two rooms! And just like that - although the lack of hot water in our room was the motel's problem, the motel had no problem demand us for a double charge if we wanted a hot shower. I told Angel that I will write a review of her attitude at Google and Booking.com, her answer was: "Write whatever you want, I don't care". This is how this motel treats its customers And if all that wasn't enough, we found out later that this motel has no insulation at all. Starting at 6 AM you can hear everything that happens outside: doors slamming, people shouting, cars driving, car horns from the road, and more. This motel charges a very-very expensive amount (compared to other motels) because it abuses its proximity to Monument Valley Park, but it provides nothing in return, except disappointment and frustration. Not even hot water in the shower.

Great location for those visiting Monument Valley. The property had good size rooms and was well equipped.

SlovakiaI am sorry but our stay was very dissappointing. - first of all bathroom - the water was either freezing cold or too hot, which made showering very difficult. Also when you opened the faucet to a certain position, the whole shower was weirdly shaking (which was also very loud). Also when we opened the faucet on the sink, it was leaking all over. We appreciate the breakfast, however the pancake machine was broken, which left us with only one option to have warm breakfast - toasts. There wasn't any other warm option. The hotel runs by Navajo time (which is one hour off) and noone told us that at check-in, so we arrived to the pool late and weren't able to try it. We simply expected more for a place for which we paid ~170USD/night (154€)
