The room was not cleaned. My two-year-old daughter found pills under the bed. There was also half drink soda bottles under the bed and my coffee maker had old coffee still in it

Not much we liked. We were really looking forward to the stay. Resort disappointed us. Very outdated bedrooms and resort overall. The place hasn't been modernised and refreshed in years. Our studio (1 bedroom + 1 kitchen) was dusty, dirty and very superficially cleaned by what looked like students on a summer job. We found hair, used cotton earbuds, sweet wrappers and general dust under the furniture, in the bathroom and on shelves. Kitchen oven and hob were dirty, rusty and old. As no breakfast provided and no restaurant onsite, we were expecting to cook which was fine but kitchen was not nice. No real aircon, just loud ventilation fans in the kitchen, no ventilation in the bedroom. Very hot during our summer stay. Our double bed was uneven, creaky and uncomfortable.

The only things we liked were the small private terrace (on the 2nd floor) just outside our bedroom where we ate our own breakfast every morning and the indoor swimming pool in an annex building which was wonderful.

The resort is along busy main road which has traffic all days and even nights. Too noisy as the room given to us was closest to main street.. The noise was even worse when some drivers keep blowing their motorcycles or cars in early morning.

There were many stains on the carpet. But the most disconcerting thing was the bed had never been changed and was still crumpled from being slept in and there was a large pile of wet towels in the middle of the bed. The shower was rather on a compact side, but that's not a big deal. Liquid hand soaps instead of soap bars would be a nice upgrade (: Also, the coffee packs provided were much appreciated, but it would be nice to have a few more of those. In the yacht club's storage room downstairs, where life jackets were, the drop ceiling into one of the rooms was so low and unexpected, that I hit my head pretty hard. It was my fault - I wasn't looking as I was too excited about the paddle boats, but it would be nice to have some kind of warning label or maybe a rubber/foam protector on the ceiling corner for tall blind and clumsy animals like me.

The staff was exceptionally courteous, respectful, and the ladies were great at explaining everything. Location was great. The yacht club apartments were right by the lake, with beautiful views, convenient parking, and easy access to the property. The free kayaks and paddle boats were a nice bonus. The lake is so peaceful and quiet in the morning. This was a good getaway, even if for a few morning hours. Spacious apartment with everything we needed, if not more than that. Comfortable bed with nice sheets. Heaters worked in every room, which was a nice convenience.

The resort is really run down and tired. There were cracks and mould in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work properly. The screen door was very difficult to open and the sliding door secured by a piece of wood. The furniture was falling apart and the lighting was really poor. The place was a shocking health and safety risk. I’m sorry to say that I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Office closes at 10pm, would be nice to have known that ahead of time and where to find key/room. My shower also did not have a curtain and it looked like there was hair from whoever stayed previously. I only stayed for a night so there wasn’t a chance for staff to fix it, but not what I wanted to worry about when I just wanted a hot shower and to rest.

It was in a decent location, room was quite large and spacious. Would be ideal if staying for a few days, lots of lights and kitchen was a good size.

It was a beautiful location. We went for a concert so we didn’t have too much time to enjoy the waterfront view. Cute town! Such a great area.

It was very dated and felt like a ghost town. The beds were really uncomfortable and they need more blankets. Also, the air system needs to be on more of a temperature control. It either runs or does it run so it gets either cold or too hot

Lighting in room was a little dim. Unsolicited check out reminder at 10:02 a.m. everything else was standard/acceptable.

I booked a room for two adults and two kids with a patio and mountain views. I didn't get the patio or mountain views. The sofa bed in the lounge area was also not set-up for our children on arrival and there was no linen available to make up the bed. In the end, I had to go with a member of staff to another room to gather the extra bed linen needed for our room.

Location was great, and room was clean and tidy.

The rooms were basically clean but when we moved the coffee table to open the couch there was a lot of dust and dried food under it. While they offered no service for the rooms during your stay we had to go down and request sheets for the sofa bed. Was handed just a top sheet. Had to explain there was no sheets at all on said bed . I had no issue with washing whatever dishes we used but I find exception to being requested to take our garbage to the dumpster upon departure.

The living room was spacious. My family enjoyed the pool. The water was warm and inviting.

This Property was spacious in the bed was so comfortable. There was plenty of room for my family and we love being able to cook in the evenings.

Checking in was ridiculous. Spent 20 minutes listening to all the rules. They also require a security deposit. The coffee pot was not cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, TV didn't work, and the walls were thin.

The building is very aged. Carpeting is unpleasant. Stairs very steep. Beds are very uncomfortable.

The apartment that we rented was in the attic. When we asked to change it, they said “no”. The ceilings were so low we felt claustrophobic. No windows in the bedroom & no air!
