Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Very nice rooms and the properties very comfortable the only complaints I have are the pictures of the room we were supposed to stay in was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub and when I got to the hotel it did not and I was told they had no other rooms with the jacuzzi tub so the pictures were not correct but other then that the stay was very nice and comfortable. The staff were amazing! The room was exactly as described and super clean. The grounds were beautiful. Fire pit, sitting areas, swimming pools, hot tubs, shuffle board, just so much to do. Plus, there is a Starbucks inside the main building. The place was just amazing!
