Great base to explore. Big rooms Free ferry to Young Island. Can get ferry to Bequia and day trip to Mustique. Very reasonable food and drink prices. Fabulous staff,truly exceptional, housekeeping, bartender, restaurant team and the most outstanding reception team.

United StatesNot that they can change this, but the entrance to the hotel from the main road is a bit difficult to see, and is a steep hill with poor visibility when exiting the hotel property. We needed to be very careful.
The hotel was very comfortable, and the restaurant was fine. The view from the restaurant was very nice - looking out over the ocean directly across from Young Island. The staff were very friendly. I would say the hotel met my expectations.

United KingdomA foreign group who were loudly celebrating in the restaurant, probably they upset the staff as well as us! Food was a little slow arriving.
We stayed in two different rooms, and our experiences matched both the bad and good reviews on this site. The bad reflected a room which we were later told was due for refurbishment, the good was an excellent suite which had clearly been refurbished! The staff, particularly in reception were outstanding, responding to our changing needs and giving excellent advice.

The location and staff make this our preferred SVG hotel but some investment to improve facilities would go a long way. It feels like a hotel in managed decline which is sad as it deserves to be a gem.

GreeceNeeds maintenance and a good paint job. While they offered visits to Young island(it’s the same owner), Young island staff were all extremely rude. The hotel restaurant staff were also rather rude and food is mediocre.
The location is good offering access to a few restaurants and a couple of near by beaches. There’s a ferry to Young Island which is free for guests and that is the better beach of the area. Front desk was always very nice and helpful.

Not dictating what table we could sit at (in an empty restaurant!) would be good - and was a memorable takeaway. I think the hotel and the restaurant may be separate businesses. This may explain the difference in quality between the hotel (high) and the restaurant (low)

The pool was out of action, but they did provide use of the pool at Young island. The hotel would be excellent if they just gave it a lick of paint in the public areas and I didn't have that first room with the awful view

Very Very Friendly, welcoming Reception desk staff. Lorniel thank you for making our stay memorable. I would have checked out if not for your professional service.
