It is more of a suggestion. Having water bottle as complementary on a daily basis. Overall I was extremely pleased..

I did like the proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurant such as Mangoz and mint. I also enjoyed the pool view, the ocean and the ability to walk around.

The room needed to be updated. The bed really wasn't comfortable. It was two twin beds pushed together. I also wish there were screens in the window and sliding glass door.

The location was convenient to other restaurants and there was a bus stop in front of property. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet had a funky odor. The maintenance man and maid did something to it daily so the smell was masked, though the next morning it would return. The food in the restaurant was not consistent. I had the best veggie roti one day. A few days later I had the fish roti and the roti part was inedible, like rubber, though the filling was good.

The staff were friendly and handled all complaints quickly. It was right on the ocean and there was a boardwalk which went to other restaurants as well as to the small boat that took people to and from Young Island. There was a bus stop at the end of the hotel's driveway. The wifi was excellent as was the air con. The restaurant downstairs sometimes had good food. The waitresses working in the restaurant were always excellent. The balcony had a lovely view and the air con worked well. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water.

The door lock is very difficult to open using key. Suggest to replace with key cards.

Beach is right in front of the hotel. A couple of restaurants nearby. Staffs are welcoming.

Could do a bit of refurbishing in the rooms and pool area. Altough the bathroom was very modern.

The first night we had dinner at the hotel, took an hour and a half to come and then the food was below par. Wine too expensive. They had one chance to get it right, they blew it and other than breakfast we never ate at the hotel again.

The staff, while polite, was radiating a negative vibe, like you always either disturb them or your request must have broken some rules and was scrutinizes as such. Besides, checking out at 7:00 a.m. was an adventure as no one manned the reception. Too early. Luckily I had a cab ordered personally, else would have probably missed the flight.

Excellent position on the beach, fancying a also swimming pool. A bit far from the city but you can always jump in taxi van for 2,50 EC. I gave a 10 for location as obviously I came for sea and nature.

Fairly remote from other places, so taxis or buses were required to go anywhere.

Nicely located directly across from Young Island Resort, with a pleasant garden and small beach. The room was a good size, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Crystal on reception was lovely and very helpful and the other staff were also very friendly. There are a couple of very nice bars and restaurants just a short walk along the boardwalk.

Well laid out, well maintained, functional room with tasteful attention to small details. Fridge, coffee maker etc make the room a great base for multi day stay.

management was happy to let us change rooms after the first night. our second room was in the new renovated section and was a vast improvement over our first room.

Wait times for food were a little long and sometimes it would be hard to find staff around in the evening.

Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, was a great help with anything we needed. It's a lovely little hotel with a nice pool and stunning views of the sea and Young Island. Nice atmosphere. The restaurant and bar were also superb, great food and strong yet tasty cocktails!

The roof was getting fixed which isn't a problem at all, the only unfortunate thing was that it wasn't possible to use the pool while they were working on the roof because of the pipes. Would have been perfect with a pool break when the noise made it hard to get work done sometimes during the day, but what can you do. Go for a snorkel in stead. Life is hard sometimes.

The perfect place for my stay – great room with fabulous view and good, steady wi-fi for work on the whole property, restaurant, TV with lots of channels, nicely sized fridge and not far to go to the supermarket for some groceries. Ground coffee and a proper coffee machine in the room, great. Not least it's so clean, especially the bathroom, which I really appreciate. Big kudos to the cleaners. The front desk staff are also really responsive, and my favourite waitress in the restaurant kept my water glass full to the brim at all times. Front desk will help you with any transportation of course, also you can catch the bus right outside the entrance There's a dive center basically next door, three minutes walk to the beach with great snorkelling, you can get coconuts and fruits on your short walk there, the views are great and yes again just perfect for my little 4 day workation.
