CanadaStaff clearly deal with lots of people from the cruises so aren't very friendly and kind of seem a bit irritated. The pictures on the website are from a long time ago and don't quite match
The beach was beautiful especially when no one else was in from the cruise. It's literally on your doorstep. BBQ was great and the price was reasonable for food at the restaurant

I was particularly pleased with the breakfast options presented. All meals were tasty and the service by restaurant staff was great. My room had a balcony with a magnificent view, which was calming and pleasant on the eyes. The property is conveniently located with access to public transportation.

Trinidad and TobagoBreakfast could have been better. Purchased it once and it left alot to be desired. Omelette was just eggs. No vegetables, toast was only 2 slices of bread. The room also lacked a kettle or microwave. Bathroom was small. Minor renovations could adjust that. Would still stay again because those issues were worked around.
The location was great. Villa Beach front was perfect. Wonderful views, the balcony was huge overlooking the sea and Young Island. Transportation was easy to access. It was close to other dining places, walking distance. Drinks by the bar are good. Lunch was good as well.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast should have been complementary. No meals was complementary. At least one meal should have been complementary due to the cost of our stay.

What breakfast? I think that would be the least the hotel could have offered (complimentary). It could easily be something like the bakes and coffee, with cheese or jam.

United KingdomThis was our second stay in two weeks. The breakfast service was excruciatingly slow on both occasions. Coffee service took 20 minutes and following the breakfast order - another 25 minutes before being served. We did not have anything complicated. Fortunately, we had allowed an hour and a half for breakfast so that we would be ready for the taxi for our departure
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good for getting to town, sailing charter companies or to the ferry. Dinner was very good but slow service.

United KingdomThe menu was limited and so were th e seafood options. The main on a very busy main road and a steep hill leading down to the hotel itself. So not good for people with mobility issues.
It was right on the beach had a small but adequate pool. Nice view and a spectacular view of hills other little islands ,good walk along the beach . Near 2 other hotels, bars and restaurants.
