My husband and I stayed for two nights after leaving Bequia and before catching our flight from Argyle. PRO: Staff great. Room clean with good AC. Internet ok. CON: The beach was full of pebbles going in the water. Having stayed at Young Island across the channel, I was not expecting that. There was no way to get to the ferry to Young Island without walking a long distance on a very trafficked unsafe road. There was construction in front of another property. Two rum punch drinks on the patio was 50 EC 🤔. Seems excessive. We ate at the restaurant once and not again.

We had dinner in the evening which was nice. Wish the beach would have been larger and nicer. But the grounds at the resort were very well kept. So there was a lot more to like than not like 😊

Arrived 9am for breakfast to a room that had precisely 3 other people. After ordering at 9.20. It was finally served at 10.20 giving us ten minutes to eat and leave before having to get the 11am ferry. It should not take this long to cut up some fruit and cook some eggs.

It's really about getting good sleep for me. I did not here at this property. That's why the low score. The bed mattresses are way too soft. They turn into a bowl that you can't get out of. Worn out. No structure on the edges either to sit on it. Here's a tip. Reduce your nightly prices by at least half price so you can fill up your rooms better and generate more money so you can change the beds.

This is a place with a very friendly and attentive staff. The food onsite was high quality and at a good price price. Lobster BBQ night is a must. Nice beach and pool.

The room was full of mosquitoes and should have been de-bugged. No hairdryer but I'm sure if we'd asked we would have been provided one.

Wifi bit patchy in rooms, beach invaded by cruise-ship passengers every other day (over New Year at least), hotel often booked out by private pool/restaurant/wedding parties with loud to deafening music - hotel provided warning of such events but some compensation (free rum punch?) would have been nice to make up for the inconvenience. Some information about local land and sea-based tours would be useful. Biggest issue was restaurant/bar service, which was incomprehensibly slow (40 mins for pancakes at breakfast, 1.5 hrs for a burger, 45 mins for a rum punch), and food often cold when it arrived. A couple of evenings and lunches everything was fine - quick service, hot and tasty food, but this was sufficiently unusual we tried to eat elsewhere if possible (Beachcombers next door had great food and good service but limited menu and sometimes only open for their residents; Paradise Beach hotel on other side also OK (quick bar service!) but also sometimes only open for residents). Hopefully just a temporary issue.

Great place for a family holiday, comfortable rooms, those on ground floor very convenient access to pool and beach. The beach is relatively wide here and sandy (narrower and rocky opposite Paradise Beach hotel next door), and close to rooms/restaurant (further/out of sight of rooms at Beachcombers). The sea is perpetually calm, protected by Young Island and headland, great for kids. Good snorkeling on rocks to right, over seagrass and rocks to left, and around broken jetty further left (morays, octopus, reef-fish, sponges, turtles). Convenient scuba-diving with Dive Antilles (next door) and Dive St Vincent (further down by jetty). Beautiful sunsets over the bay and anchored boats every evening. Snorkeling around Young Island, trip to Fort Duvernette, can be arranged with boat taxis from Young Island jetty (if no cruise ship in). Hotel staff friendly and helpful, area feels safe and welcoming.

The bathrooms in the rooms are a little small and could do with a bit of a revamp/remodel. Sliding doors slightly squeaky to and stiff to open. Access to a baby highchair would have been good.

Staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond, could not fault one member. Great vibes by the pool bar especially when the bartender had the music playing and making the best Mai Tai and Pina Colada cocktails. Straight access to the beach (villa beach) short walk to local bar areas as well if you want to stay out later. Food was tasty and well priced as were the cocktails and like I said before all staff go above and beyond even if you are a fussy eater like myself. Housekeeping and laundry services were extremely fast and very well priced as well. We went as a family and were happy with our stay, would definitely return when we go again.

Beds were a bit soft and WiFi could be infrequent which could make watching a film tricky it would lose signal sometimes , but we managed fine, and were not in our rooms that much.

The hotel had a very chilled, Vincy style vibe, we felt very comfortable and welcomed The rooms were spacious, and the view out to sea was stunning, set in beautifully landscaped gardens with local mango and breadfruit trees, the staff were friendly responsive and helpful. Also closely located on the strip were other hotels bars and restaurants, if you like a bit of variety, plus you get the free boat ride over to Young Island resort, remember to get permission first, by calling the Young Island

The drapery in the room was a bit dingy, they should clean that more often. Wifi not the best but i understand this may be a wider connectivity issue on the island.

Though mostly positives, I find the wifi was a bit blotchy and had to re-connect a few times, also couldn't understand the reason for scanning your passport on arrival, I've been to many countries, multiple hotel stays around the world...I've never experienced anything like it and may also be with held and put in a safe, I kindly ask for mine back with no issues.

This was my second stay within a week, but a different category room, it was spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean and pool views, the staff was ever so accommodating..special mentioned of Angie the senior receptionist with her lovely smile and pleasant personality who went the extra mile to ensure my reservation was fully confirmed after a hiccup in the system, it meant a great deal to me, Desiree the bar supervisor who was always engaging, the location of the property can't be beat as it's directly on the beach with calm waters to take a dip, and if you're also lucky like I was to witness the fishermen pull up on the shore to deliver fresh catch of the day, in this area of Villa there's lots of restaurants/bars to choose from most on the oceanfront, public transportation is consistently on the move with a 25 minutes drive into Kingstown, the airport a 20 minutes drive away towards the windward side, all sums up a relatively lovely holiday...most definitely looking forward to the next visit.

Nothing...not one complaint... and that says a lot as I'm very particular about everything

My stay at the hotel, was a comforting and lovely one, nice well maintained property with beautiful gardens, rooms nicely appointed...with plush double beds and nice comfortable linens, bathroom is spacious, and a nice amount of storage space in the room...a mini fridge, coffee and tea station with a kettle, along with complimentary bottled water was all an added bonus, all rooms it seems comes with a patio/balcony...so nice to relax on the outside, the staff was very accommodating, helpful and welcoming, it's on the beachfront so beautiful sunrise and sunsets...lounging around by the pool while taking in the views of the ocean all made for a wonderful stay, so its name fits it perfectly...definitely will return
