Breakfast was very ordinary

The location was very close to cafes, restaurants and markets. The size of the room was excellent. The executive deluxe double room was very spacious. We requested a higher floor (6th) and had lovely views over the Ben Tháng Markets and city.

The bathroom glass door got stuck and it took me a while to be able to get out :D It would be better if the glass door was smoother :)

The best thing about the hotel is its location, it is super close to the downtown and Ben Thanh Market, shopping mall and currency exchange. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location for sites, restaurants etc . The room was clean and staff friendly enough but as we are fairly independent we did not really interact with them . Terrible breakfast and awful coffee and I’m not that fussy when it comes to food but what was on display was inedible. Luckily lots of food options close by

Poor acoustic proof of room walls, easily disturbed by nearby construction especially in the early morning.

Location is ideally situated right within the center of District 1, within walking distance to restaurants, convenience store, metro station, etc.

Breakfast was not good at all. We didn’t eat it as it had been pre cooked ( eggs) and sitting in the sun. We just went out for breakfast. If you have to pay extra for breakfast with your room , don’t and just find somewhere else to eat and drink , plenty around.

We were close to the market and in the center of everything we wanted to explore. Rooms were much larger than expected which was great! Considering location we didn’t hear much street noise which was great! Couple of convenience stores next door too. We would stay again just because of where it’s located and was value for money.

The room was very clean. The bathroom clean and New. Great location. Walk to Reunification Palace. Across the road from main market. Fabulous coffee shops and restaurants close by. 30 min walk to Saigon train station.

The room was dated and looked like a much older version of the pictured on the website. Room was dusty and could've done with a good thorough clean. No room service or breakfast options, no housekeeping for our whole stay there. Had to ask for fresh towels from front desk.

Perfect location to get to Ben Thanh market and walkable to all the main shopping attractions in HCM. Spa to get your hair washed and massage on the lower level was fantastic.

Reasonable outside noise in a bustling city from our front upstairs room. A hotel that is under renovations which isn't a negative.

Housekeeping didn't throw garbage after cleaning. They kept all garbage in the bin and didn't clean the used cup of coffee.

Multiple lights were not working in our room. I’m sure staff would have rectified this if we brought it to their attention but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We were on the floor above the spa and the calming music from the spa playing all day became a little distracting. Any other floor would not hear this.

Room is really small if you bring two kite bags with you. Basically have to put them vertically in the corner. English is so-so. Better to use a google translator app. Bathtub is on photos but you can't use it besides for showering in it. Hot water is a bit slow, you finish showering then hot water starts running.

Attentive staff, we got all that we needed. Elevator to rooms. Comfy beds. Feels secure.

The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with strong water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. Daily amenities included two small bottles of water, a refrigerator, a safe, and a nice outside view. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of food and generous portions
