Laundry service could be better (some clothes were not fully dry) and hotel floor carpet was very dirty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The views were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were beautifully modern and comfortable. Sophia and Han were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They spoke good English and effortlessly arranged a transfer for us to Da Lat. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

The floors in the hallways are dirty, which doesn’t make a good impression. The breakfast was so-so.

The room was nice and clean, I also enjoyed the pool area. Location was a bit outside of the center but in a quiet street.

Rooms are bright, super clean and nicely furnished. Pool is just awesome, it’s not on the roof so there’s a shady time and sunny time. You pick your favorite one.

Don’t question it just book!! Everything was amazing, staff were very friendly.. even was given a gift from the owner when we were checking out! We arrived at the hotel and a man ran out to the taxi and immediately helped us bring in our bags into the hotel. Everything was very new and clean, exactly what we were looking for, probably the nicest hotel we have visited since travelling Asia. Pool was lovely with a great view. We loved the location, close to everything. Highly recommended 👍

Everything was very well thought out. Attention to details. We booked for 1 night and liked it so much - we booked another night and stayed for the whole weekend. The bathtub is absolutely amazing. You can soak inside and watch the soccer team play :)

The bar on the 5th floor seems abandoned, but maybe this is to do with the season not being high season, but there was no atmosphere here, and the sun is gone at the pool by 12:30 every day due tot he shadow of the building itself. Outside of the rooms, there was no air conditioning turned on in the hotel, so the corridors and especially the entrance lobby/reception were very hot and humid which was a bit unusual for Vietnam and uncomfortable at times. This surely isn't ideal for the staff to be working in either. Finally, the booking says that the hotel provides 149,000 VND to be used int he hotel, but on arrival, the manager explained that this is actually credit to buy soup and noodles for one person in some café close by. We didn't bother with this, as we were two people, and thought it could be a small credit to use in the hotel bar/shop, but it wasn't - This is quite pointless, and the credit would be much more useful if it was to be used within the hotel to buy drinks etc (which is how it was described).

The bed and pillows were comfy, and the room modern and clean. Air conditioning was good. The walk to the beach was not too bad. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast had a large selection of goodies, but the staff looking after the buffet style breakfast, started my day off every morning!

No water filter to refill bottles. Only very small water provided. No price list for mini bar/snacks and water in room. Some of the food at breakfast that should of been warm e.g. bacon and sausages were cold and there was no fruit left when we went down at 8:45 despite breakfast not ending till 10:30.

Good room, great view, pool was lovely and the bed was comfy.

Bit of a walk to restaurants but not too bad!

The Panorama room was spacious and bright, with large windows and amazing views of the city and the sea. The bathroom was also very spacious. The hotel was located in a nice, residential neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach and the market, with plenty of coffee shops around. Checking in and out was a breeze, and all hotel staff including room service were efficient and nice.

The location of this property really worked for me as it was quiet, yet close to everything I wanted to experience. The staff were so attentive and very welcoming. The rooms really surprised me and I had such a wonderful time here ❤️ thank you for having me.

I would highly recommend this hotel! It’s relatively new, clean, rooms are tastefully furnished, nice view of the city and the sea, the pool area is nice they even have table football. The breakfast was also very good. Staff speak enough English.
