we checked in, the next morning they kicked everyone out of their rooms so they could swap where the girls and boys dorm was, which made no difference in the end and was a massive pain in the ass, as we couldn’t check back in till 2pm, when u pay for two days u dont expect to be told you and your stuff has to spend the day in the lobby

Chill zone - terrace is so tiny, so no much place to sit together. There is cafe with the tables at the reception, but eg you are not allowed to sit there with your own food. No free drinking water to refill your water

One of the best hostels I stayed in, sooo comfy and I needed a place to relax. So clean, comfy bed, perfect temperature in the room, building is in the center and close to the road but it's super quiet inside. Clean bathroom, towels, shower gel and shampoo available. So cute and helpful staff. Terrace on the top of the building

Wifi signal was spotty and the corners of the metal ladder going up my upper bunk were very sharp. It was difficult for me to get up&down without getting a slight scratch (it could, however, get serious when you go to bed drunk or something like that). As mentioned, the staff were generally nice but the staff who cleaned our room was very loud on 1 or 2 occasions (they were, i assumed, watching something and talking on the phone).

The staff were nice and the hostel room was big with enough room for movement.

this is a really good quality hostel! 5 minute walk from the party strip but not a loud or annoying hostel! really comfy and the bathrooms so nice and modern. rooftop view is UNREAL. so good. 1 minute walk from some good markets.

Don't provide drinking water. And we were told to buy the bottle from outside when we checked in around midnight. Toilet rolls were not available in some of the toilets, and also bathing lotion/shampoo missing in some of the shower rooms. The staffs should check regularly and do the needful for our convenience. And we were asked to pay a deposit sum of 200.00 Vietnamese currency and would be refunded at the time of check-out. Since we were 2, we didn't have enough cash to pay the security deposit of 400.000 and the room charges. So, instead we were told to provide our passports as security and would be returned while checkout. This process was unusual and inconvenient. Never came across this till now.

The 7th floor and the rooftop were dirty and not taken care of. The rooftop looked more like a laundry (due to the clothes hung in there) than a proper rooftop. There is no common area for the customers. So when you are at the reception, which is a cafe as well, if you want to sit, you have to order something. Otherwise you will be told to leave. Not very nice for the customers of the hostel.

Nice hostel located in the city center but pretty quiet at night. The dorms were clean and the beds comfortable.

I didn’t like that the elevator was not working when I first arrived. Even on the day that I was leaving, it was operational but I still don’t think it was safe to use because I was pressing buttons but it wasn’t working properly. I had to go to to 6th floor just to go to the ground floor. The door automated lock was also broken most of the time.

I liked that there were toiletries such as soap and shampoo in the toilet. I can see the improvements they were making everyday like putting a bath mat at the toilet & bathroom because some of the bathrooms were clogged. They also put a curtain in each bed so you can have your privacy and you won’t disturb other people if you want to keep your lamp on the entire night.

Everything is perfect about this hostel, its just their beds availablity doesn't show online even if they have beds available in hostel. They don't take offline booking maybe they should start taking offline booking as well

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Location is really amazing and staffs were kind and friendly. Best place to stay around that area would definitely recommend this place. Worth for money.
