Cleanliness and very systematic. The location is almost perfect and have easy access to everywhere, including taking a public bus to anf fro airport.

I couldn't sleep, people arrived 4 am so noise, and the staff of the hostel went to the room 8 am and they star to clean or I don't know what they were doing, talking so loud and without care about the people was trying to sleep. And even someone steal my t-shirt and someone used my flip flop for take a shower. My experience was terrible

Being a guy who manages hostels in India , loved this hostel and learnt a lot from the way it’s maintained . I appreciate the help of NGOC and SON the real good managers, I would take them to India to our hostels if they are ready that’s how good they were. Also this property is close to every thing the central market and all other attractions it’s good as it’s not inside the Bue Vien walking street so that we can be in a loud music free environment . thanks for being great hosts Ngoc and Son continue your job with your amazing smiles

Excellent location! Extremely clean washrooms and bed. Very comfortable stay. Very very helpful staff. Loved the stay. The location is very close to the market and the famous walking street. Worth the money! They have spacious lockers to keep your stuff. The check in time is 2 pm but they let you keep your stuff at the lobby and use the washroom (which was very clean btw), while you wait. Oh, and very good wifi too.

The A/C is costantly working in the room and the controler is at the reception so you can't really change the temperature. All of us in the room were kind of freezing.

Clean, good location, kind and available staff, good showers (with soap) and good toilets. Reception 24hours and an amazing rooftop to chill out and meet other travelers. Would definetly reccommend it and come back again.

Staff was fantastic!! They were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The dorm of 6 was clean and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!! :)

I didn't like to write this long comment. Too much of good stuff

A new hostel with new facilities for amazing price. I stayed here for 3 weeks, and now that I am in bankok I can compare to my hostel right now. 9 hostel and suites has Way wider and more comfortable new beds, with more extra space. Hygiene and smells are way better maintained. Showers and sinks are new so it' feels more comfortable. All the receptionist in all 3 shifts are amazing people's, nice to talk to, and can give some recommendations what to visit :) overall one of my best hostels I have been to and for this price it's amazing for sure... If I come back for sure I am gonna stay here

There is no bathroom in ground floor for the inmates. If you choose to stay in ground floor you will have to use the bathrooms in top floors. Wifi reception is very poor/close to nothing inside the dorm.

- It is a very quiet hostel. - The room they offered me is diffirent from the room I booked - I sent my request to have 2 beds in same bunk bed, but we end up had 2 upper beds which makes it very inconvenient for us

Only downside is it is located on a busy street so you will hear bit of noise and if you’re a light sleeper it would be a little issue.

Everything was great, the bed was very comfortable and wide enough and the room temperature was perfect. The bathroom was kept clean all the time. Staff are very polite and respectful.

The location is right at the heart of the city. You can actually find everything around with a walking distance. 😊 Lovely staff. Quite at night. It’s one of my favorite hostel now in Saigon. 😊

The shower got clogged every time i take shower. Probably put strainer to avoid hair from clogging it. And the pillow quite thin, some people might have difficulty to sleep on it.

Everything was so good! The location is right in front where the airport bus (109) stops. And its closed by Benh Thanh Market and Malaysian street (for muslim traveller who are looking for halal food). The hostel also got lift , which is very rare for a hostel (I've stayed in many hostel before especially in Bangkok). It has rooftop area where you can hang dry your clothes or just sit around having your meal while watching the surrounding views. And the staff were super nice especially Now and that one male staff who were having night shift. Overall I really recommend this hostel. The price is super cheap for what its worth. I will come back next time I'm in Saigon. Thank you so much :)
