Did not like the toilet concept. Not a fan of bath tub showering. Wall tiles black and dim lights did not help. Breakfast was the same daily. No omelette choice but mere fried eggs only.

The location was superb. Market nearby. A lot of food eateries as well. Spoilt for choice

Excellent location, just in front of the famous Ben Tanah market. Hotel has been renovated. Staff are average. Room is so small not as advertised. Bathroom smelly. Breakfast has not much of choices.

There was a giant cockroach in our room. When I asked for it to be removed they said it was a “normal thing and sometimes rats and roaches crawl into the room from the vents”.

Breakfast was great. Room had large windows. Water pressure was very strong.

My plan was to stay longer but after one night in this hotel I had to book another one. The air conditioner doesn’t work and it was impossible to have a good sleep (very hot inside the room) also the room smells damp.

Fantastic location. Above and beyond, super friendly staff. Beds and linen are very 5 star. Water pressure in the shower is giving Niagara falls energy.

Shower over the large spa bath was difficult to get in and out of. Unit was at back of building and had a lot of constant noise from refrigeration or air conditioners, dsy and night.

Location was excellent, shopping malls, street food. restaurants, markets and attractions all within a short walk. The staff are great and very helpful. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Having a balcony was a bonus. Breakfast was good with ample choices.

Breakfast and lighting could be improved: the room was a little bit dark and the air condition also needs to be changed (it was noisy and not quite cool enough).

The suite provided was not the one booked on the pictures, but it is okay. I wanted the balcony, but the room provided was spacious enough, with a green velvet couch and enormous bath tub. Bed was comfy and the some of the staff was really amicable. The location is top notch: Ben Tanh market is just right in front of the hotel and it was walking distance for anything you might need.

the staff was o.k the lady at reception was tops the B'fast was boring not much choice....eggs were always cold or burnt and bread was most times stale...only good for toasting. the AC in the lobby was Surbarian Cold 🥶 this is were u eat b'fast. the room is like everywhere else we've been only clean were seen. there were stains of coffee on tissue box since the minute we walked in and still there. windows were filthy. what's the point of having a view when it's hard to see out. the light was horrible plus they decorated the room with black which made it even darker. the bed was great, towels super clean but was not an executive suit like stated not enough room and stree super dirty and loud at all times due to the market across the street

Not much selection of breakfast buffet & the coffee is not hot, however on our last day they served a beef noodles & the taste was great.

The place is so near to everything & the cleanliness of the room is superb! Kodus to our housekeeper, i did not manage to ask her name. Excellent service of Nene & Toby, thank you for the wonderful stay.
