VietnamThe woman at reception, Ms. Nham, went above and beyond to assist me with several personal challenges that came up during my stay and she did it all with a smile. The pillows were amazing, such a comfy bed, dark room, great for sleeping. Hot wonderful shower, cute ecclectic room decor, and cafe serves great food/drinks. I always stay in A & Em hotels, due to price , service and decor but this was my first time at this location, which was perfect , central ! I'll be back

Australiapaid for half day on day of checkout but stuff said they could make it a few hrs later, my flight was at 10.45pm check out is at 6pm, I asked if they could make it till 8pm, they said no, even though the room doesn’t get cleaned until the next morning.

Singaporeeverything, bad service , I still need to carry my own luggage up and down when I arrive and go off. second, the room they gave me the bath tub is so dirty and old. 3rd, the water tap wasn’t close and continue leaking water. the top of the shower head keep dripping water. i booked 2 nights but I was so uncomfortable in the hotel and check out to another hotel to stay after one night. totally isn’t that good experience as what was stated by other reviews. if U’re really picky, don’t pick this hotel. not professional and rude service receptionist too.
