We booked for a tour through the front desk, and were signed up for the wrong one, which ended up wasting one days vacation. They rescheduled us for the following day

Stayed at 10th floor and heard noises every night from some machine.

Rooftop pool, food and breakfast was good. Bedsheets are clean. Complimentary 1 time dinner and bar drink snacks are great.

Room a little small with no window. Breakfast options in Bain Marie were a little dry/overcooked but fresh breakfast options were excellent. Umbrellas for deck chairs on level above pool would have been good.

Back to back hotels with adjoining reception and restaurants causes confusion when looking for your room. Breakfast was not the very European so somewhat disappointing

There are a few entrances which can get confusing at the beginning but it’s not a big deal. Staff were nice. Complimentary drinks on the rooftop were a lovely gesture however several other guests around us smoked making it hard to enjoy ourselves

Location was perfect, free drink vouchers, beautiful clean rooms, bathroom was small but good enough, staff were helpful, airport transfer was great for my family. Convenient to have breakfast in hotel but also have options around the hotel

Just 2 small things: Housekeeping entered our room and woke us up at 8am, so make sure to use the “do not disturb” sign when you’re sleeping. The room was really small - we couldn’t even fully open our suitcase.

Perfect location for exploring the city. There’s a lot of life in the hotel - it was buzzing but not crowded. Great breakfast, and friendly staff. 💗

Hard bed Confusing hotel setup - 2 names, 2 adjoining entrances & 2 restricted breakfast areas (one offered more than the other) but shared the roof top facilities. Not enough sunbeds.

On the third day of our visit the rooftop spa started to really smell and needed an urgent clean.

Loved the buffet breakfast and multi access doors from either side of the street. The pool bar was a favourite with a hot spa on top.

The doors/walls are really thin. You can hear every small noice, every coughing from all rooms on your floor. Hard to find good sleep

The room was smaller than 20m2 as stated. It was a tight squeeze for two people with suitcases. There were no drawers or suitable clothes hanging space. There was no easy access around one side of the bed and it felt cramped.

The location was excellent for District 1. A large selection of breakfast options.

We stayed in two rooms, the first was a good size but had not window. The second, which was classed as premium with a view, was smaller, the view wasn't great and the room was very dated. The hotel itself is like a maze and it was difficult to find your way around. It was difficult to find the swimming pool area, which was much smaller than it looked in the pictures.

The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. The reception and breakfast areas were nice. The staff were pleasant.
