Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyThe only thing to note, especially if you have lots of luggage, is the place is tucked away in a lane (not unsafe or anything) but the last 50m may thus not be able to have a car come in.
The location was amazing - everything was walkable, grabs picked us up right near the hotel and were easy to get, tour buses also did not have an issue picking us up, there were supermarkets, pharmacies, eateries, ATMs, shopping spots - literally everything you can think of within walking distance. Despite this convenience, the rooms were really quiet and allowed for a peaceful rest though we were still in District 1. The rooms were clean and neat. The service was available always and helpful! All in all would highly recommend for location, convenience and value for money!

BelgiumNew, comfortable, very clean rooms and bathroom. The room had a fridge, a smart TV, a kettle, good aircon, decent WiFi. Location is great, right in the middle of District 1, but at the end of a side alley - so you can get a quiet night of sleep. You can get Grab food delivered or eat at one of the many restaurants in the area. The highlight are the beautiful and super friendly cats that belong to the owner and spend most of their day in the lobby entertaining guests :) We really enjoyed the stay here and the city in general, and would choose to stay here again.

Superb location, located in a safe, narrow street near the main street, was so quiet at day and night. Close to everything. Room small but clean, if you are no fit ask for a room in lower floor 😉

Great location, super helpful staff, great value for the cost. A wine bar 15 steps away from the front door was a fantastic bonus. We were given early check in and a late check out with no problems at all.

Excellent location in the city - walkable distance to all popular attractions. Best banh mi in the same alley in the evenings. The room was spacious and clean, with a small balcony (alley view). Big comfortable bed with extra pillows. Room amenities provided in the toilet. Fridge available. Did not watch TV though as could not find English channels. Host/staff were helpful if you needed anything. There are cute docile cats in the lobby, and you are welcomed by a huge terrarium-like foyer with robust green plants :)

GreeceThe owner was really kind, and willing. He can speak and understand English really well so there is no problem in communicating and asking where to get a sim card and find money exchange. Very nice, quiet place in a great location. The cats were very friendly! Plus there is a spa near to the hotel so you can easily get a massage if you want to. :)

It’s located in the district 1, in the centre of Saigon, near Bui Vien walking street but not noisy at all. The room is clean with comfortable bed and big refrigerator. The staff is the best, the homestay’s owner is very attentive and friendly. He helped us with the Cu chi tunnel tour. He has the cutest cats also. 100% recommended

AustriaThere were some ants in the bedroom, a little bit of noise only one night of the 3 nights we stayed. However the noise might have been from the lane way where the hotel is located.
Comfortable bedroom, photos are very accurate, staff very friendly, helpful and responsive. The is in a convenient location.

CanadaHonestly, everything was almost perfect. If I had to dig to find something, I'd say the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. Sometimes, it was good, sometimes, it was very slow. Still very usable though!
We loved Amango Home quite a lot! Its location is absolutely amazing, right in the center of Saigon. The owners are very friendly and super helpful, it's always nice to be hosted by such nice hosts. The air conditioning works really well. Nice filtered water in the shower. Also, the price point is really excellent, thanks for offering so much value for the money. Last but not least, they have 2 cats that are so cute and friendly! A big plus, haha. We had the private room with balcony on the 2nd floor and it was really nice. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you very much! Cảm ơn!

United KingdomLarge clean room and bathroom. Fridge, kettle and toiletries provided. Plenty of clothing space. TV with netflix. Seating area and small balcony. Boutique style design with all the plants and style of decor. Nice owners, very helpful. Quiet location off the main road down an alley. I had a room facing the alley, very quiet at night which is rare for this city. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. About a 15 walk to the tourist area. Quick tip - the airport bus is not yellow. It's now an orange Futa Lines minivan 109.
