Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South KoreaThe pool needs some repairs - there are some missing and uneven tiles. That being said, the pool was super clean and clear, so this didn't bother us or prevent us from using the pool.
The staff was super welcoming and engaged with our family - especially our children! For example, during breakfast they brought out packets of fish food for the kids to feed the fish. The staff was very responsive on the WhatsApp channel and they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. All of the food at all of the restaurants was delicious - we did all of our meals at the resort and there were plenty of options between the different restaurants. We also enjoyed the "treasure hunt" at the pool, body boards at the beach, and massages at the spa (included in our package).

Spacious villas, facilities and amenities Daily housekeeping Exceptional buffet breakfast with changing menus daily Be (the lady we saw every morning) really looked after us- she helped us each morning to plan our itinerary, get a car for us to go to Danang town, helped my husband with his flu symptoms by offering tea, got me floss from in town with her own money (what an angel!) It’s a shame the weather was a bit cold so we couldn’t utilise the beach/ pool Staff were wonderful

PolandQuality of food at ala carte restaurants, their menu & prices. Almost no local food options available. Overpriced, especially considering the taste. Localization of the hotel not good - no options to go outside & eat.
Great staff - their kindness & helpfulness, they will do all they can to make your stay the most enjoyable.

SwedenUnfortunately the weather was not good during our days at Angsana, raining and windy. Which means this hotel stay will not become our top memory.
Room was exceptional; beach pool villa! Had all you can think of in a luxury resort. Since the hotel is quite isolated, there was a good selection of restaurants. Lots of activities to choose from.

AustraliaThere was nothing really to dislike. We weren’t informed that there was a great little village on the river with restaurants not far away which was disappointing that we didn’t explore this and a couple of other close attractions. Be careful of the costs of food/alchohol…pretty much Sydney prices. In saying that, the food was great!!
The resort is spectacular!!..We were upgraded with additional charge to plunge pool room. This was great..and probably think that this would be a must. The main pool is crazy, great!!

VietnamThe time waiting for ready rooms was longer than expected. The receptionist said the rooms would be ready in maximum 1 hour upon our arrival, but turned out we had to wait for around 2 hours. We could wait for all the clean-up, however we just wanted the resort informed us the exact time. The shower is designed not to be easy to use. The erecting water flow is set default, and it made us shocked and startled when the water coming out suddenly without notice. It was not a good experience! The pool was not clean after a tempest. This was an objective factor but impacted our experience when swimming.
Natural beauty, close to the sea, fresh sea, breezy weather, beautiful scenery. Friendly service and staff.

RomaniaAs europeans, we had few options during lunch and dinner. The kids pool had few facilities. Few primitive and disturbing local tourists.
The best location from our 3 weeks Vietnam tour. Huge and uncrowded beach. Blue and calm sea water, ideal for long swim. Various food and coffee during breakfast. Large room and confortable double bed. Many connected pools, mainly for adults. The indoor kids area had many activities for my kids, permanently someone was next to my kids. My little boys enjoyed the kids room and boat tour behind the hotel.

AustraliaOur private pool was not private by a long shot. We were overlooked by the people on either side of us (above) and when the people above us were in their pool it sloshed over the side onto our balcony where we were sitting or drying our swimmers. We could also hear them above scraping their chairs across the floor (annoying). People walking in front of our block could also see us and into our room. There were also no tours to Da Nang and Hoi An, the taxi there and back was $125-$150 Aud. A tour bus would have been great, as they had one to take people to the Airport. I did ask but it was for airport only.
Breakfast was amazing. There was so much variety with all the nations dishes on offer. Korean English Vietnamese. there was lots of cereal, bread, pastries, fruit, salads, Eggs station, noodles, salads, fish and cheese. the variety was amazing, you could have as much as you like breakfast was buffet style. They offered coffee tea juices smoothies even sparkling wine. There was a kid's station too full of 'kids choice food' and muffins etc. The Pool was really big as you will see from the photos. There were pools to the back of the hotel Moonlight and Angel pools that were out of direct sunlight in the morning and less children, these connected to the main pools with a narrower pool between. Water was 1.3 meters at the deepest. Dinner, we had our favourite which was Japanese rice bar the sushi was great. Not much flavour elsewhere (for my tastes) Room service was fabulous too and available 24/7. Room cleaners were very good and came around twice per day. The gardeners were constantly maintaining the outside. Recommend having a Spa treatment too. You won't regret it!

United KingdomWas expecting to enjoy more our terrace and pool in the room, but there was no sun shade to use, and the swimming pool would not get cleaned up (unless asking to front of house). Would have been an upgrade if you would include food and drinks service at the beach also.
Staff was very friendly, we loved their smiles and attitude on wanting to help. The room was beautiful, Rice &Bowl restaurant was really delicious, enjoyed the vastity of the pool and the comfortable sun beds! Massage at the spa was favoulus!

The size of the 2 bedroom pool villas with sea view is spread over 3 floors. Hotel is really good value with service and quality of the banyan tree group. Great pool and resort never feels crowded. The rice bar and rice bowl restaurants are also recommended. Staff were also very attentive. Highly recommended.

AustraliaThe only thing that could be improved would be wiping down surfaces more regularly and cleaning windows. The menus are all on IPads and these should be wiped down before passing them on to the next guests.

AustraliaIt was a little too far away from Da Nang and make sure you have a pair of shoes with you all the way to the pool edge, the tiles can become too hot to stand on
Angsana lang Co was fantastic with 5 star facilities, having your own small pool in your apartment was a major plus but it didn’t matter if you have one or not as the pool area is first class and the beach is clean, the staff are very friendly , just a very good place to be to unwind and really relax
