The only thing I didn’t like was that the stuff one day started to clean the room already before 9am. They were trying to be quiet, but changing bed sheets can’t be quiet already from the principal, so it was really annoying

One of the receptionists could have been friendlier, and also the laundry service could have been better, as we gave them 2 bags of clothes at the same time and were told that they would be available for collection the same evening, but only one of them was ready leaving one of us with no clean clothes to wear for a day trip the next morning.

Everything about this hostel is great, special thanks to Minh who was really helpful and very nice.

That gap between the wall and the bed. And a shame the breakfast separate sausage, egg and pancake. A breakfast includes all 3. And Oj. Just reduce the amount and offer all 3. 1 sausage, 1 egg, 1 pancake.

So comfortable sheets and hot shower! Nice electronic locks. Social breakfast area.

This was my second time at this place. 1st time I arrived here when they had just opened up. The owners are really helpful and assist you with queries. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned everyday and are quite modern. Location is perfect, right next to beer street

My bed wasn't ready when I arrived, but that was taken care of very quickly. The bathroom has no window, and it can be damp after a shower.

Overall, the check-in was smooth, and the front desk is open 24 hours, which is convenient. The location is good, especially for those who enjoy parties (unlike me). The staff were polite, offering to organize trips for me if I hadn't already booked any. I stayed in a 4-bed female dormitory, and the room was spacious, with quite a large locker that had an electronic lock, which is a good idea. The bathroom was very modern, with a lovely shower. Breakfast was included, which was nice and simple. I did enjoy my stay and would stay there again.

Loved this hostel! The location was great, the staff was nice and you get a good breakfast. The beds were comfy although the dorm rooms were a little narrow. Clean and you get a towel. Would definitely stay here again!:)

There is the elevator so dont need to be worry about you'll take all your luggages upstair. The room was clean, quite, facilities and everything was very good. It was satisfied me like what I expected when I saw photo on Booking. Breakfast which is included in your budget is nice. That is one extra point.

Don’t book a tour or a trip with them they were the most expensive one and that’s normal because they take a percentage they don’t have there own agency

The hostel was really clean starting from the bed toilets even the breakfast was nice, they helped me with booking my bus to Sa Pa and was the fanciest one I’ve tried in Vietnam

Leaving is the hardest part.... I feel so at home here. I love the staff. The woman that cleans the room is so kind and respectful. Works hard to make sure all the beds are perfect and bathrooms cleaned.

By Far the Best Hostel in Hanoi. I have stayed here several times and would not go anywhere else. This hostel is very new with my favorite staff in Vietnam. This is what a Hostel should be. GREAT Job

It was pretty noisy at night because the location so bring earplugs. Also the cleaner came into our room around 8:45 am and turned on all the lights to clean one bunk! She was outrageously loud about it too, very unfortunate.

I did not expect much from this hostel as I booked it last minute. The staff was great, they waited for me when I arrived close to midnight. They provide welcome drink too! The room was amazing, I stayed in 4-bedroom, with an attached toilet inside. It has everything you need. What more, they have complimentary breakfast, so it is VERY worth the money.

Very young staff, very helpful and kind but sometimes it is difficult to communicate in English

The hostel is comfortable, well furnished, clean and well located in the city. The thing that made me lean towards this hostel is the fact that there are also dormitories with 4 beds as well as the classic dormitories with 6 or more beds. Fewer beds in a room means fewer people to disturb you when you're sleeping.
