Great location and lovely size room, definitely worth booking the room with a Mountain View. Staff were helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, a good selection.

The door card stopped working now and then.

Female dorm was fine, I slept well. Not much space for luggage but it's okay. You get a towel and a small water. Everyday I got a new clean towel. Bathroom is big enough, many showers. It has 2 hairdryers. The hotel has a little yard/garden in the basement, it's good to sit alone there to relax elax a bit. Location is perfect, quiet, close to a café with a view of mountains. Price ca 4e was good.

Everything is good. Staff & service. It's not far from Sapa center point. Can walk to the Sun Plaza also. Many shop & restaurant near to the hotel. The hotel it's beautiful & big room can see view and mountain behind balcony. I like this hotel.

Roosters crowing from neighbouring property at 4.00 am wasn't great especially after a long day trip from Hanoi. Sound proofing of doors and windows would have assisted.

Mountain view room received as mentioned. Great views, location, good breakfast, staff were excellent.

Everything was great. Though when I was asking about other room options, I said I noticed on Booking.com that the hostel rooms indicated there was "heating" but I was told at the front desk that there's no heat in the hostel rooms (so that's unfortunate that it's misleading).

Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. The room was very warm which is what I needed for the cold weather in December. It was very convenient to have breakfast start at 6:30am since on my final day, I got picked up around 8am to start an overnight hike. I was able to store my luggage. Room was very comfortable and large and I loved that for the AC unit, I could control the heat.

It’s not down to this hotel but most hotels in Vietnam ask for a 3% up charge when paying by card. I refused and managed to pay the rooms without the up charge. Breakfast was a bit limited.

We booked connecting rooms and both rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is a good sized one with all you need. Super well located, just two streets away from the main station on the quieter side.

I knocked over the ceramic shampoo bottle in the shower and was charged 250,000 Dong which I thought was a bit steep. I was picking it up rather than pressing down on it as I was worried I might break the metal tray it was on and it slipped out of my fingers.

Nothing to dislike.

The property is in a fantastic location and we had booked a room with a Mountain View which was amazing. The room was so spacious and comfortable and extremely clean. The room was cleaned every day, bins changed and new towels everyday. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and even booked our sleeper bus to Tam Coc for us. Highly reccomend this hotel for anyone staying in Sapa. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by another night.

The hotel was modern, tidy, and clean. Location was central, which made easy to reach all the main attractions. Staff were nice, they also organized the trekking for us. Finally, breakfast was really good
