Ho Chi Minh City is very busy, noisy city, so during the day and into the evening we could hear the noise in the room, especially the bass of any music and we were in floor 19. This did stop later at night though.

Superb location, very quiet at night, bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Pool area was relaxing and a welcomed escape from the busy streets.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel or the staff. We had such a great welcome and out stay was excellent. I would like to thank all staff from the bottom of my heart.

Location is in a great place, close to everything, hotel staff members were so nice and accommodating, they will be missed. Breakfast was excellent. All staff members from lobby, breakfast, reception, and cleaning were absolutely beautiful people.

Our room was clean but some of the furniture in the room was stained and dirty. The chair and foot stool are covered in a silk material which obviously gets dirty over time. Maybe something that could be easily cleaned would be better in the rooms. Apart from that the room was clean.

Lovely room at the end of the corridor so views of the river and the square, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!! Location perfect! Room was comfortable.

No baby plates / bowls / cutlery in any of the restaurants, which is pretty surprising for the times.

Superb location and fabulous rooms, with excellent service. Nice rooftop bar overlooking the opera with live music. Food is pretty good, especially the free canapés in the business lounge, which we had in the Opera Cafe due to being with a baby. Which actually is far better than the lounge, which is seriously boring.

Due to location being right in the centre of the city it has the downside of being noisy especially as there were rehearsals and concerts for the 80 years of independence which meant noise from 6am to 12am.

The location was great and the service was brilliant. Breakfast was very good. Hotel room was lovely with finish to a very high standard. Breakfast was good. A true 5 star hotel with excellent value for money. I will come again.

Pretty difficult to fault although what I would’ve loved was more selection of teabags in the room as well as some milk – either fresh or UHT readily available in the fridge.

Amazing five star hotel with a beautiful bed and friendly, helpful staff. Swimming pool area was great with a lot of places to relax. I had a massage and it was delightful. Top notch all round.
