Gym facilities remind me of the 90s, service was inconsistent. Breakfast buffet is a bit of a mess.. Everything is there but to find it is hard work. FranceThe welcome at reception was basic and formal. They need to loosen up a bit ! No welcome drink, towel etc. Very disappointing start. The breakfast was good but the dining room is simply too small. Tables very close together.
The room was excellent....much better than the photographs. Extremely comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. Fabulous toiletries. The pool area, gym and steam rooms were all of a high standard. Most of the staff were friendly and efficient.

FranceThe swimming pool's water is way too cold to be appealing. Yeah Vietnam is a hot country, but that's not enough to warm a whole swimming pool. That's something to work on.
Perfect location in central Saïgon! The charm of the "old world" with the modern equipments and technology. A peace haven after a long day's work. We loved the rooftop bar as well. The staff was really nice and we were apparently upgraded upon check in. I'll definitely come back on my next business trip!
