Stay there for two different nights and also booked the H Giang loop tour with them and had the time of our lifes. Hostel is in the heart of Hanoi right next to Catholic Church. We booked a private room and it was amazing for the price we paid. The second night we also had an amazing view of the church. If you want a room just to sleep and relax, I highly recommend Cheers

We stayed at Cheers Hostel a few times during our holidays in Northern Vietnam and it was always a real pleasure! The staff is nice and very cooperative, the rooms are quite clean and equipped with all essential toiletries (they even provide toothpaste and toothbrush). Location is superb, right in the centre of old quartier! Highly recommended!

Best hostel and dorms I’ve ever stayed in! People are so nice and was super clean and comfortable. I stayed in a 6 beds room with just another guy that was way older which was pretty scary- but the fact that there someone at the desk all nights calmed me down

The street could be a bit too noisy.

Great location, nice staff, free water refill :) Have tried 3 different hostels in Hanoi and this one was definitelly the best! Also it has a rooftop view of the Notre Dame!

The mattresses were a bit too hard so it wasn't really comfortable to sleep.

The hostel was great, we took a private room, it was very spacious and the beds were really big, lots of space in the room. The location was also great, walking distance from almost everything, everything is near, and the area is lively with lots of restaurants around. The hostel offers a lot of tours and day trips that they arrange for you. The staff is very friendly and nice :)

Had a few issues with communication with staff regarding the trips I booked with them - missing/incorrect details and timings which led to last minute changing of plans or waiting around more than 1 hour for a trip pick-up. Hostel itself is not very social as it's more of a hub for people going on trips.

Great location, comfortable bed and a hot shower. Ha Giang Loop tour was great! And was able to cancel my Sapa tour pretty last minute as I was too sick to go.

Maybe a bit too much noise through the balcony window from the street below in the morning.

The cleanliness and space in the room aswell as the location. We stayed in the double bed en suite room and it was the best one we stayed in, in Vietnam and Thailand.

Room can be improved. For example, there were some empty light bulbs fixtures in the ceiling on top of our pillows that were just covered by tape and even a toilet paper tube. It’s not nice and not professional. There were also some a spider web that was not cleaned in the room. It would be better to also add a hand soap in the bathroom instead of just shampoo and shower gel. Do not open the balcony and leave it open because there are rats that pass by sometimes. But overall, I recommend for the experience, it was very nice.

Location is the best. It is near the train street and all attractions you need to visit in Hanoi. Staff are very nice and always available. The hotel’s tours are very good, we did Ha Giang jeep tour and it was amazing.
