Location was quiet yet close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Staff was super nice. Facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. One of the best hostels I have stayed at.

Nothing I can think of

Perfectly situated in the heart of the old town next to the lake and right behind the church! Plenty of food spots near by and I really enjoyed strolling the streets until I got full and was only a short walk back to the comfortable bed. The staff checking me in were very kind and bubbly, the reputation of this hostel speaks for itself very nice stay

It's not the most social hostel as there aren't really any common spaces.

Stayed only 2 nights but really nice hostel. Cozy, comfortable, tea and coffee available throughout the day, smiley staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. You can book a taxi to the airport too. There’s a rooftop area where you can escape the noise of the city. Really nice.

There were a couple nights where guests checked in very late (after 11pm), and one night in particular there was a group of 5 men that checked into the dorm late and proceeded to talk at the top of their voices, even after I politely asked them to keep it down as I was trying to sleep. This is out of the hostel’s control, however it would have been nice to there to have been an emphasis on quiet time after 10pm in respect to other guests ☺️ in comparison to all the great things about this hostel it wasn’t a huge deal.

The staff are so friendly and greet you every time they see you. There was complimentary coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day, and the hostel is on a nice and quiet, quaint little street in the old quarter. The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely pillow and blanket and they provide a fresh towel everyday. The dorm offers nice privacy for each bed, great sized locker for your things, a reading lamp and charging plug and a little couch to chill on in the dorm and in the reception area. The cleaning lady was amazing. She shared her fruit, chocolates and soy milk with me over the days I was there. Such a lovely experience.

Great location close to Old Quarter, such friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and bed, I liked that bathroom was shared just by people in the one room. Complimentary tea/coffee in the communal area.

We stayed in two rooms, one of them had a great shower the other one didn’t! The luggage storage was not secure, it was just left in a hallway on the 3rd floor.

Beds were nice and comfy and super easy to organise tours from there.

We stayed here again as we found the hostel so comfortable. We have a private room which had 2 large double beds and a big bathroom. It was great and just what we needed.
