We stayed for 10 days. Tara, the Lady who manages the Hotel, had a car arranged to pick us up at the Airport with no extra cost. It is a 35 minute drive from the airport. The hotel is nice and small with a very family and friendly atmosphere. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable with a nice bathroom. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location just outside of Hoi An is perfect if you enjoy the countryside, tranquility and beauty of nature. Excellent to walk around and discover the beautiful landscape and lifestyle of the people. The breakfast is very good and you can also order local food if you want to. The city is about 7 minutes with a Grab or Taxi. The beach (very nice) is about 5 minutes away. But we spent a lot of time exploring the countryside around the hotel. Rice paddies, buffalo’s , the little river outlet and the riverside. Again thanks for making us feel at home Tara and team. We will visit you again, and maybe this time with a buffalo ride ;-)

Great location, easy to get to all attractions near Hoi An. The breakfast was great and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. Did I mention the free laundry everyday! Super great place!

Everything! This is the pearl od central Vietnam. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. You could recharge batteries and relax. This property I recommend for everyone. It’s unbelievable for the price. You get great room (soundproof), helpful and lovely staff, great breakfast, so everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Perfect location easily accessible to the town but nice and quiet for families. Staff were fantastic, fresh breakfast every morning, free laundry service. Rooms were spacious and spotless clean with very comfortable beds. We had lovely breakfast on Chris's day and were offered a gift that staff had very kindly wrapped and placed under the tree for us to select. Incredible service.for incredible price.

Limited hot water that I think is Created from the Sun heating a tank so we ran out of hot water during shower it exceeded my expectations I'll say it as far as you work your room it's great sure how was the lighting in your room how would you rate the size of your room how comfy

Some parts look very neglected with dust and dirty like the bar next to the pool, the lounge chairs look dirty and I could never get a towel for the pool, there is never anyone at the reception and compared to Chess mimosa local. The breakfast is very limited. The banana pancakes from mimosa Local are missed. In the room they leave very little water a small bottle and the robes they offer are neglected and stained. There is no one to help you with advice on what to visit, tours or other tips. They never offered me a free shuttle or the free bucket of foot soaking herb to relax my long day out that they did offer me at Chez Mimosa Local. I am leaving a little disappointed.

The villa is beautiful, very relaxing, The staff is very friendly, but not very efficient or there are very few people running the hotel. They let me check in early and check out early, which I appreciate. Free bikes

We really enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Villas! After the craziness of Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi it was so nice to be a bit out of town here in Hoi An but still a short taxi ride into the centre. The rooms were very comfortable, attentive and friendly staff, bicycles to use, tasty breakfast included, laundry and a very welcoming pool to cool off in!

What a great stay we had here! Amazing value for money. Our suite was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view overlooking the pool and padi fields beyond. The beds, wow, comfiest ever! Breakfast was great. Staff were lovely, especially Tara, who is an asset to the place! And the extras were such a great bonus too - laundry service, airport transfer, and what a lovely gesture having a foot bath on our last night :)

Swimming pool temperature was quite high, water having difficulties to cool down with such sun exposure... It did not to stop us from swimming though (it was like swimming in a sauna 😁)

We had an amazing family stay in this brand new hotel ! It is made of only a dozen rooms insuring a quiet retreat with a beautiful view on the swimming pool and on the lush rice fields surrounding the premises. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be considered as limited for some (eggs, fruits, cereals, soup) but is very tasty and that what mattered to us !

Needed a short stay in peaceful, quiet and tranquil surroundings, but not too far away from Hoi An. Had many options, some with short notice deals for a short stay, but opted for this retreat as it looked fine and I've stayed at Chez Mimosa places in HCMC previously. Very happy having stayed here, that my choice was another great one! It definitely lived up to what I wanted for this stay.

The location was a bit far from many good restaurants and showers often lacked hot water. Additionally, the room service was lackluster. The convenience stores near the resort clearly marked up items to an astronomical degree. Also, walls were a bit thin.

The food at breakfast was good, staff was very polite and fast to help with any issues. The pool was lovely and the rice fields were serene and idyllic.

Noisy ceiling fans and aircon in second room didn't work too well, but we were given a replacement fan for that room.

We loved the location just out of town, but glad we hired a scooter to get in and out of town. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Loved free pick-up from airport, laundry service, simple but tasty breakfast and foot bath at the end of a long day. We would stay here again.

One of the best accommodation we had during our 3 weeks travelling around Vietnam. There were two spacious rooms and two bathrooms in the familly villa. I appreciate large comfy beds, enough space for luggages and all the stuff. Nice pool just five steps from our room (towels for free). Great service, they arranged for us motorbike for good price. I loved the view of the rice fields, it was so calming. Tasty breakfast (they prepare eggs or pancakes, fresh fruit). Very nice and helpful staff. Thank you for everything and highly recommend :)
