I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff truly go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic experience. Bean and Tracy at reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam! The rooms may be cosy, but they are very well-equipped with updated TVs and modern amenities. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t hesitate—book it now! You won’t regret it.

Everything was perfect and exceed my high expectations of this hotel

Staying at this hotel has exceeded my high expectations when looking for a place in Hanoi. Hotel is located in the middle of old quarter and everything is within a 5-10 walking distance. Every staff members was very helpful in everything. They gave us recommendations on what to look for, finding places to eat, and the checking in and checking out process. The accommodations and amenities that came with the property was definitely worth it, especially the free breakfast. The Cleanliness within the room and hotel itself was perfect. Staff members were very quick in any assistance we needed during our stay. Definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Hanoi. I was on vacation for 2 weeks and was hesitant on choosing a place but staying at CLASSYC hotel made me want to come back to Hanoi very soon.

The hotel is in a very busy area, more busy than other hotels we visited. Perhaps it was also more busy because we stayed on the night where that part of town is car-free and a lot of people are out.

Very modern and new property with nice rooms, even the ones without an external facing window. Staff was wonderful and very friendly! We just stayed for one night on our trip from Ha Long Bay to Sa Pa.

I loved the location as it was close to all amenities and everything was in easy reach. The breakfast was excellent and gave a good choice of food. The staff were excellent especially the people at reception and they were very helpful and considerate when I had a family bereavement and had to cut my stay short. When I visit Hanoi again I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Classyc Hotel for five days, and everything was absolutely impeccable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, always attentive to guests' needs. Our room was perfect—stylishly furnished, with an ultra-comfortable bed and pillows, a spacious bathroom, and everything was always spotless. Although we had chosen a room with an internal balcony and were initially concerned it might have drawbacks, the lighting and ventilation were excellent, and we never felt uncomfortable. The hotel’s restaurant is elegant and serves excellent food, offering both Western and local dishes. The dining staff was always wonderful. We only visited the basement bar once, but the margarita we had was delicious! The bar, like the rest of the hotel, is decorated in a unique and sophisticated style. In short, a perfect stay! We would 100% return and highly recommend it to everyone!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay at the edge of Old Quarter, very close to all the sights and places to eat. Breakfast buffet was a good assortment of hot and cold, sweet and savoury. They arranged pick-up at the airport for me, which went smoothly.

The bed is a bit hard.

The food is very good. The people are fantastic and kind. They kept in contact with us till the next destination to check if we arrived well (which never happens with other hotels).
