Location a very short walk from the center of activity. Amazing staff, who couldn’t do enough. Extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. WIFI was good at all times. Hotel stored our bags after check-out, at no extra cost. Very helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Hotel was in a great location, rooms were clean and modern and the breakfast had a good selection, both Vietnamese and Western. The staff were exceptional, no request was too big and they approached everything with a smile and efficiency. Would highly recommend Classyc hotel for anyone staying in Hanoi. Our hotel was on the 8th floor and we couldn’t hear the streets of Hanoi at all.

We stayed four nights at this brand-new hotel in a central location and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are well-equipped, though we personally missed a bit of extra storage space. However, the bathtub was a dream – my husband and I could comfortably fit in it together. The breakfast was phenomenal, with an incredible view from the 10th floor that surpasses any rooftop bar in Hanoi. The staff was exceptionally well-organized, ensuring that nothing was ever missing from the buffet. The variety and quality of food were outstanding for Hanoi, far exceeding our expectations. The spa area is spacious, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. I also used the gym, which was a bit small but sufficient for my needs – it had weights, a treadmill, and a cable machine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything! Location is perfect. Staff are wonderful. Room was so comfortable and felt very luxurious. I arrived very early in the morning and they let me have an early check in and upgraded room for a small top up fee which was a godsend and worth every penny.

ClassyC Hotel was a haven in the bustling city of Hanoi. The rooms were luxurious. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were cleverly designed with the amazing liquid crystal windows. Our rooms were rapidly made up every day while we were at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The rooftop pool & bar was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The hotel was a quick walk to the lake & right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff could not have been more helpful & accommodating. The hot stone massage at the spa was outstanding. This hotel was recommended to us & was a wonderful positive & luxurious experience at the end of our stay in Vietnam. I would definitely recommend ClassyC Hotel.
