I wish there was a lift as at times found difficulty walking to my level. But, I still had a great stay in this hotel.

The location was perfect- 4 km from Old town so not noisy. The staff were all amazing especially Lan who was always willing to assist me with booking tours & Grab transport to Old town. Room was clean & spacious. There was a choice of breakfast menu which was always served with a fresh variety of fruits. I would recommend this small hotel to anyone who travels to Hoi-An. Thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable.

Great size room with super comfy bed. Really liked the location.Free Bikes were great , easy ride into old town. But the biggest plus point for this hotel is Lan.She is a real character and a very warm host.

Quiet luxury, can experience the local life, near port where can buy swimming seafood to cook. Far enough to avoid over crowd of tourists but near enough to visit all famous sites of Hoian. Location is more than perfect. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was damp and smelt damp bed sheet felt damp. Far from the town got a grab in to town but could not get one back had to walk 3km back.

We were absolutely blown away by this place. We loved staying here, so we actually extended our stay for a whole week. The staff (Lan, the owner and the others) were super helpful and supported us with everything. Lan was always there to help us with booking different tickets for sights, transport, etc. She did everything she could to make our stay wonderful and comfortable. The other staff were also lovely, always kind and ready to help, smiling at us. :) The pool is gorgeous and clean, the plants around are a big plus for me as I love plants. We absolutely adored everything at this Homestay. The pool, garden, our room, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again in the future and can recommend it to anyone who likes a relaxed, natural, beautiful place to stay. :) We could rent the motorcycle, do our laundry, get beers from the place as well. Everything was at a very reasonable price and the breakfast was delicious and plenty. I guess we could stay here forever. Thank you Coco Island Villa Homestay. We will be back some time. :)

Nothing to complain

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ms Lan was very nice and takes care of the guests very well. The rooms are very comfortable. It is around 3 kms from the old town but you easily get grab cars and takes just 5 mins. Or when it is not rainy, I recommend renting a bike and roam around. Also, the hotel provides free bycles to roam around. The best hospitality you ever get.

We had an excellent stay in this great place with wonderful staff. Lan was charming, very helpful and Tuyet makes an excellent breakfast.. Thanks also to Mr Tien, the owner, who was always very welcoming. We had a very spacious room with nice balcony overlooking a plot of land that was being meticulously cared for by the neighbour. The location is peaceful and a short "Grab" ride from the very, very busy Hoi An. Amazingly good value too !

Everything was perfect

our stay here was simply amazing. The people working there is so kind, always smiling and helping about the things to do in the Hoi An. The room was perfectly clean, is very spacious and we got a beautiful view to the garden. The breakfast is probably the best one we taste in all Vietnam, i recommend to order the cheese onion tomato omelette. They have bikes for free and good motorbikes for rent. Thanks to Lan and all the team work in Coco Island Villa.

It was a little far from town and there was no water filter, so you had to ask reception for bottled water each day.

It was clean and comfortable. The pool was great and the bikes were useful. Breakfast was good.

The best place we stayed in Vietnam! Nice and big room and the balcony had a lovely view. The pool was great and Lan was so lovely. Breakfast every day was fantastic, plenty of choices with fresh fruit, great coffee and banana pancakes. There were also free bikes to use, would definitely recommend taking these to cycle to the beach and vegetable village. Location was about a 30/40 minute walk from the ancient town or a shorter cycle and we found this perfect as it was nice to be somewhere a bit quieter, the area is lovely and the locals are all very friendly too!
