İt was one of the best hotel in Vietnam during my trip

The size and floor plan of the room were dreadful. The cost of the room was not in line with expectations. Also, the cooler/refrigerator was absolutely unacceptable being that I’m a diabetic and require that my insulin be kept refrigerated.

Staff was excellent as well as the location. The breakfast buffet was acceptable.

they flat out refused to allow us an extra room card so when we wanted to go out at separate times we would have to go and beg security to let us back into our room this is a stupid policy and when I complained about this they told me straight they don't care our room was not cleaned each day as such we ran out of towels

Super loud music at night and couldn’t sleep and the bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it or was coming into the room which smelt the whole room out. Also, the rooftop pool doesn’t look like that, looks run down. Wouldn’t go back.

There is a door between rooms, and it creates unnecessary conflict between rooms. Also the affiliated agency that rents motorbike gave me a bike with a faulty battery.

It could have been better maintained. The walls of the room I was assigned were thin so it was hard to sleep when the neighbours were simply watching TV and talking normally.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Near the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a nice place to go when it was sunny.

The room was designed very uncomfortable because steps to the bed and bathroom and shower areas were too small.

The staff were really bad, we extended our stay and they gave us a worse room than before…. We were existing clients and they treated us worse than new clients.

Everything was great.

The service from the staff was amazing, very helpful very kind. The breakfast is sensational so many choices. The freshly made omelette I had was amazing.. The pool area is epic great panoramic views of the beach. The room and bed is really great fantastic air-conditioning as well. Located next to great cafe's and restaurants,the beach is a 3 minute walk . Big thanks to DUY VY TH ANH our manager of the hotel. Will definitely recommend to others.

Not a bad word to say!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Close to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. The view from the rooftop pool is ace! The staff, Thanh, Vy and Duy provided great service with a smile and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Da Nang!

Room was small. It looked big in the pictures. No noise cancelling. I could hear the music from restaurant till late night. One night our aircon stopped working. Did not have electrician onsite therefore they had to change our room.

A lovely hotel to stay a couple of streets back from the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Pool nice and refreshing. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful especially Nhung, Giap and Khue. Would recommend king suite with balcony

It is a hotel that has been furnished in a modern style, keeping comfort and space in mind. There is a great breakfast for the price and lovely staff who are accommodating to children. The check in was fast and the family room was comfortable. The hotel is situated in the tourist quarter so one has access to good restaurants, bars as well as the beach, which is walking distance away. The swimming pool and sky bar is a great addition as well.
