We stayed one night as part of a tour and found the quality of this hotel to be one of the best . Great breakfasts in a very nice room with efficient staff even when busy. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. A comfortable stay and would certainly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights in total. The location is ideal, but the quality of the staff made it something else. Attentive, friendly, warm, coupled with excellent facilities, if we ever return to Hanoi it will be our first choice. Great stay !

Stayed for 2 nights, it's a great hotel which is not too far from the city centre but far enough to have some peaceful sleep. Spoilt for choice at breakfast and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are spacious with several amenities.

I recently returned from a beautiful trip in Vietnam. Much to my surprise, the Đức Trọng hotel exceeded my expectations. While Hanoi still has a long way to go, their attentive staff looked after our every need. The rooms were all well appointed and the location was definitely a plus.

Its a very nice and clean hotel, breakfast was one of the best taken during our 5 days in Vietnam, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and up-dated, we had dinner once, the food was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our family stayed here for 1 night recently. We were impressed by the friendly staff, great location, cleanliness, & excellent buffet breakfast. We were especially impressed & grateful for the service after we had checked out. A staff member enquired about our plans- we were going to Halong Bay for 2 nights, then driving back to Hanoi, & had a couple of hours spare before needing to get to the airport. She offered us to come back to the hotel to rest for those hours.

Our stay at the Đức Trọng hotel as excellent. With very good service and great location, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful made our stay at the Đức Trọng more enjoyable. The breakfast served in the restaurant was excellent.

An excellent hotel, It was my first time at Đức Trọng and I had a great experience here. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is located in a good area near locals and a short distance away from restaurants if you are familiar with the city. Definitely making a return trip to Đức Trọng when I come to visit Hanoi again.

This is a very comfortable hotel, with good sized rooms and bathroom. Staff were very helpful and always available, so getting a taxi was easy with hotel staff making sure the driver understood instruction on where to go and the price agreed too.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon, and loved it. The staff are exceptional. They are polite and helpful. The rooms are a good size and tastefully furnished. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but this was good. The room prices are, in my opinion, very reasonable.

The hotel is in a reasonably quiet part of the city but not far from many amenities. We were able to walk to the Hoan Kiem lake where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. Our room was spacious and brightly furnished. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was very good with a huge choice and very friendly serving staff.

This hotel was just about perfect. The rooms were beautifully finished and decorated, with no intrusive noise, and very well equipped. Service was faultless and friendly. Staff greeted us by name, and remembered us when we returned. The front desk staff were very helpful in giving us directions and recommending sights to visit.
