Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All good. Nothing to do with hotel but be careful when arriving at Denang airport and getting a taxi. There is quite a few scams going on. Try to pre book the taxi before arriving. I got scammed for 1 million dongs. If the driver asks you for money before you arrive at your hotel don't pay till you are there. He is hoping you are confused about the money and will take tge big notes. This guy was quite young in a very nice car. He grabbed my money as I was getting out of the taxi and drove off. You shouldn't pay more than 200,000. Dongs
Great hotel. Close to bars restaurant and beach. Rooms have lots of space with fridge and kettle. Aircon good. Nice roof top pool with great views over the city. Staff arevery helpful and polite. Booked a few trips for me and taxi to airport. VFM.

The room was noisy and the furniture was full of dents. Bathroom needed a good cleaning. Some covered mold with paint, but for 2 nights was excelent.
Friendly staff, helped us with a motorcycle at a cheap price. They clean the room nicely and also the clothes washing was good. The bed was fantastic and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool. Wish it was a little heated this period.

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was very loud construction starting at 8am in the room directly next to us.
The location was nice and the shower was nice.

Not enough power outlets in room and odd placing of the few in the room. For example, there were no outlets on the desk side where the kettle is placed, so I had to move the kettle either to the outlet next to the bed or sit it on the floor on the other side of the room. Also, it made it difficult to work at the desk without being able to charge anything. The rooftop swimming pool area looked awful my entire stay - ashtrays that were never emptied, trash on the ground, empty glasses, etc. Also, there are no towels available on the rooftop, so you need to go down to the desk to get a pool towel, then back up to the roof. Clean towels and a bin to put used towels would be much more convenient. Overall, the hotel feels old and badly in need of a renovation.
Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a five-minute walk to the beach.

The additional 50k for breakfast was awful. When I got there, all tables were full of people and I must stand up while eating. Food were running out very quickly, and I could not enjoy any tasty stuff.
The price of 350k/night was amazingly good. My experience there worth what I paid. Mostly clean room, convenient to go to the beach or visit the airport.

All receptionist- girls look like tired & not friendly. They work as machine. " hello, your reservation..., your room, bla..bla. Even Don't have any smiles. In general, it did not affect the property more. fair good！

The street noise comes through the window quite loudly which we did not like. The beds were rock solid to the point that i woke up needing a massage because of the bed. Each room has a dinner and drinks menu but ignore them because there is no hotel bar anymore with them only serving coffee and juice. The staff didn't communicate well and didn't explain the bar situation so we didnt know until we got to the rooftop and used google translate to find out that the bottles of alcohol behind the staff member were only for decoration..
The location of the hotel is excellent, its right by the main beach promenade and has lots of touristy shops around the place. Great for a massage nearby or for some quick food options next to the beach. The room was clean with ducted aircon and Australian power points as well as Vietnamese. The rooftop pool was great to use and for the price its great value!
