The hotel is good and the staff are expetional! They speak perfect English and love to chat and help you with anything! The rooms are ok (clean and only a little worn in small arrears) and the hotel is on “beer street” so the street is noisy and busy during the night but they do stop at 00:00 and it is safe. We had the 6th floor and in fact, didn’t hear it much due good soundproofing. Benefit is that you are right in the middle of everything for walking anywhere from coffee places, to sights, to restaurants, to night market which is useful as a family of 4. Would definitely stay again due to the wonderful service and easy location. Just balance it with your expectations as it is the busy old quarter.

Just the difference between photos and my expectations but the hotel is great.

The location is fab. Right in old town on beer street so the place lights up at night in a really fun way, the rooms are doubled glazed windows so the noise isn’t a problem for the kids. The staff are incredibly helpful and can speak English. The property does not really look like the photos, it’s much smaller than I expected and the rooms are tight, but absolutely enough, can’t really beat the location, would be happy to stay again.

We arrived late (11pm) so street was closed and we had to trolley our luggage in (but its only 200m from the taxi stop), the street party was in full swing so it was a bit overwhelming - wouldn't recommend for those looking for a quiet stay, having said that the sound proofing was good and it was all quiet by midnight.

Spacious room, only for one night so overall good - very clean, good aircon and sound proofing. Location is right on 'beer street' so good for those looking to party! Staff very accommodating and kind. Lots of eateries and cafes, location very central. Bed was pretty comfy for the price. Great value.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions in Hanoi, the 2nd time after a weekend in Ha Long Bay. The staff were all lovely and we appreciate their welcoming and recommendations for restaurants. The room we stayed in was nice and spacious and a comfy bed! The location is very central which is great for some amazing close restaurants. It's surrounded by bars which may keep some people up at night but it didn't bother us, we slept well and enjoyed the atmosphere. They offer you ear plugs if you can't sleep through the noise but the windows are also double glazed so I think this is great and helped a lot.

The location is so good for eating out and staying right in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi Old Quarter. When we arrived into our room I felt like it was quite different from the pictures, smaller room and different bathroom to photos, and a very hard mattress which would have exacerbated my back pain, and the lovely staff kindly upgraded us to a spacious room and we had a really comfortable stay in the nicer room. All the staff are really lovely and this hotel is great for basic needs. We didn't have the breakfast here, instead we ate at Banh Mi25 every day for breakfast
