It was kinda hard to get there in the evening because it was so busy in the beer street where the hotel is located.

The bed was gooood! We had a nice sleep. At first i was not happy that our room was on the side of the street, but there was no noise at night because they had to clean the street after 12pm and people had to go inside. So in the end all good.

Ms. Karathy helped us to book a trip to Ha Long Bay at the last minute. She phoned around several agencies to find a trip that would suit our budget and at short notice. The staff also allowed us to check in at 4am after a long bus back from Hà Giang. They also helped us to arrange an express laundry service. All staff were very friendly and polite which made the stay very enjoyable and easy.

We were on 8th floor & considering the location bang in the heart of beer street, the room was surprisingly quiet (outside noise about the same as air con unit) all quite by midnight anyways... great location for really getting amongst it and all the staff were fantastic...

Room sizes (not just this hotel, but in old quarter in general) were small to accommodate triple bed + some space. For breakfast, they allowed buffet for fruits, but only one option for the food. I think they should've provided atleast 2-3 options for food if not buffet.

Cozy little hotel, in the old quarter, walking distance from the Hanoi Lake. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They made extra sure that our stay was comfortable. Not only did they help us with our travel plans, but also went an extra mile with their service like local suggestions and packing water and fruits for our kids for the daily travel. They had put in some snacks for us when we checked-in, helped with the last minute weekend booking for Halong Bay, ensured that the cruise had vegeterian food, created a whatsapp group for easy coordination for all my queries, bookings, etc.

The water pressure of the shower could be better. The shower handle didn’t allow for a change in pressure, but that’s really a minor detail.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The room was perfectly nice for three adults. The location is perfect. We only stayed one night while traveling back home, but next time we’re coming to Ha Noi this hotel will be considered again

Power plug is only 2 pins, we got a 3 pin adaptor. Hotel staff offered to buy a adaptor for 100k Dongs Although the windows are quite good at noise insulation, be aware the loud speaker is right outside your window until 2 am- dint disturb us at all though

Location is very central in Hanoi - right in the heart of Beer street hustle bustle You can walk to sword lake from here as well as numerous options for food, Spa massage and tour operators pickup

Internet is important and sometimes can be a decider. Though technical problems are difficult to solve, but investment in good service provider is of utmost importance. If this point is neglected then it is a good place to stay to enjoy the old quarter of Hanoi.

Fantastic location. If likes to enjoy the culture of Hanoi then this would be the place. The staff was helpful. We stayed for 1 night and internet was not working. The staff tried to solve the problem and followed up till it was resolved. We didn’t eat breakfast so cannot comment about the food. The room was clean and had a nice balcony with a view of the beer street.
