Staff were lovely and accommodating. They gave us recommendations, stored our luggage as we arrived before check in and helped us organise transfers. There is always staff available. The location of this hotel is right in the centre and right on beer street in the middle of the action. Just note that it will be loud into the early hours of the morning if you have a balcony room facing the street. Would recommend :)

Absolutely the best location, right on the best street for streetfood, entertainment and shopping in the iconic Old Quarter, yet our rooms were quiet and peaceful. The staff were efficient, helpful and solved our 1 problem (we couldn't work the Smart Tv) immediately. We are a family of 5, and our rooms were perfect for us, excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable.

They want to charge you for early check in by the hour. Taxi can’t get near the hotel in the evenings due to restaurants seats expanded into the streets.

The managerJay provided exceptional service . The staff were friendly and accommodating. An Excellent location for night life with street bars and sky bars near by . Easily walkable to all major attractions. Comfortable rooms , well decorated and bed was reasonable comfortable with clean white sheets . Located on Pho Ta Hein ( beer street) .

People need to be aware that at the weekend the streets around the hotel are closed in the evening and the streets become a party street, it’s extremely busy and noisy, even though the hotel has 2 layers of glazing you can’t avoid the noise into the early hours

We could hear the noise of the street on Saturday night. The area isn’t the best for a calm, quiet stay, if that’s what you’re after.

Nothing, I loved everything about it.

The hotel and its indoor decoration is stunning, which was the first thing that caught my eye. I was very pleased with everything during my stay: The beds were HUGE and very comfortable - plenty of fluffy pillows. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent - walking difference from everything. But what stood out the most was the friendliness, helpfulness and flexibility of the incredible staff. I can only speak very highly of the hotel and can recommend a stay here to anyone.

Also, I was able to eat a lot of delicious Vietnamese food thanks to the many delicious restaurants I was told. The front man put up a pin on Google Maps, and it was the first hotel that did this, but it was very helpful. thank you.

This is a great little boutique hotel right in the centre. My room was like a cosy den and elegantly furnished with chairs and wooden blinds. Clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect for me and was great value. Best thing though was the fantastic staff at the hotel who assisted in helping me in everything I asked: jazz club, bun ca, laundry and airport taxi. Special thank to Mr. Jay who was so helpful and a very good person. Well done everyone at the hotel!

The location is amazing, in the heart of Old Quarter area. Despite a loud and noisy outside, in my room with window facing busy road I am practically in different area, which is calm and quiet. And their hospitality, especially Jay, are great! Jay will make sure our stay comfortable, give advice for restaurants that serve vegetarian food, also greet us whenever we came back. I put thumbs up for the very prompt whatsapp after our booking to make sure we need anything else before arriving Hanoi. Thank you very much, Jay! We have a pleasant stay!

Loud music from the bars downstairs until very late (not the hotel's fault but just to make the future guests aware, our kids had difficulties in falling asleep because of that)
