The hotel is on beer street but we couldn’t really hear the music at all so it’s in a great location to see things around the city! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - especially Jay!

Not entirely related to the hotel but the bus/taxi company they used in the hotel to arrange our transport from Sa Pa to Hanoi Airport was the reason why we missed our flight and we did not get fully compensated so if you arrange any transportation through the hotel, make sure it is not with GreenLion Bus & Travel Service. Other than that, all went great!

Amazing service, the staff was great, always friendly and helpful with our requests. Location is great as well, walking distances from most places of interest in the city center, plus restaurants and bars are just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again!

The customer service was exceptional. I made many requests that were met with care and urgency. The concierge team also seamlessly set my daughter up for a 3 day and 2 night trekking tour in Sa Pa. I felt so taken care of. I very special thank you to Jay for taking extra good care of us.

In comparison to other hotels we stayed in the old quarter there was no breakfast included which for the price was a little bit of a surprise. The good thing was there are plenty of local eateries super close by.

The hotel was clean, spacious and the staff were excellent. In particular we met a member of staff who came to fix the air-conditioning called Jay who was super friendly, supportive and good conversation (same anime interest) he went over and above when we had a booked excursions to put together a little snack bag for us to take free of charge. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the old quarter.

Perfect location for experiencing the Hanoi Beer Street and accessing the old town. The staff were fabulous and organised a fabulous food tour for us, rooms and comfy, clean and great value for money particularly in the location

It’s directly above beer street so there’s a bit of noise and music late into the night but we were on the 6th floor so not too bad.

The hotel is smack in the middle of Old Quater and very accessible by foot to many areas. The lane the hotel is located gets pretty noisy, but doesn't really affect the ambience in the room. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating.

breakfast could be better. cereals should be out on the side not as an order off a menu. bread and toaster should be out for people to use. my eggs were cooked beautifully and the lady who did the cooking had the most welcoming smile.

location was not good although very noisy at night due to its position. staff were very helpful. I think they should have a breakfast list everyday of who has paid for-breakfast so they only have to tick your name off

Considering that architecture of hotels are narrow, safety shoukd be a big concern. So I would like hotels to do a brief in fire safety.

street/pub noise can be heard very clearly until late at night even on the 9th floor. bring ear plugs.

located in the center of old town/ beer street, Great location for tourists but not ideal for a family. lost of restaurants bars coffee shops within a walking distance. The hotel is a bit dated but good for the price.
