Excellent, caring staff and amazing location

It‘s worth noting that the street where the hotel is located is very lively at night. The staff was making sure we had a quiet room to the backside however, so we could sleep well.

The location is very central within the old quarter. The staff is extremely accomodating and was always checking in with us if everything we needed is covered. There‘s free tea, coffee and some snacks in the lobby. We especially want to call out Josi who did a tremendous job to help us retrieve a lost item we left on the plane. She kept following up with the airline until they found it and organised a shuttle to pick it up.

I won't say I didn't like. Everything is good. The hot water take a little bit of time to come. Let the water flow for 3 to 5 minutes.

The location is amazing, even it's a busy street, it's very quiet in the room at night. Most of the places are walking distance.

Everything was perfect! The room was big, comfortable, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and kind and always available. The location is right in the Old Quarter, which is perfect to go around the typical streets of Hanoi (the road is really busy and noisy though, but in the room we had no problem as the windows sealed out the noise very well). Would definitely come back!

To mention something, the rooms are quite small, so it's not the place where you would lay down to relax for an hour or two. However, there're plenty of nice places in the close surroundings to do so: affordable massage solons, cozy rooftop bars... enjoy!

The hotel is in the middle of the Hanoi action and nightlife. We had a room on the back side and 8th floor, so no issues with noise whatsoever. Above all, the staff was super friendly from start to end.

The location of the hotel was very busy and loud at night. The hotel provided ear plugs to lessen the noise. This is a great location if you want to party, but not if you are looking for a more peaceful holiday.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The balcony was a lovely place to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Beer street.

The hotel staff were amazing but there was one masseues who was rude, coughing at my wife's face and had long nails scratching her back while giving her a massage.

Location is King. Beer Street just outside the hotel. Close to all the must go restaurants

The location is great but is on beer street so expect a bit of noise. Don't expect to stay in the heart of the party and have silence.

Joseph was fantastic, they organised a trip to ha long bay for us, when we got in early made some recommendations around places to eat and things to do. Service is top notch
