Location was good on BEER street which is great if you want to party at convince but in evening no vehicle can go upto the hotel so if with elderly or kids and big luggage it can be a bit inconvenient. However must state the hotel is great location easy walking distance from center and also they have double window so no sound from street go in to room,

The room is a little cramped for three people with two big suitcases, as we were a family of 2 adults and 1 teenager. But we made it work. It wasn't to much of an issue as we were out all day so just used the room for showering and sleeping. The only other small point is the shower when it's on the cold setting, the pressure is low, the highest pressure is when it's on warm/hot. Other than that everything was great.

The staff were superb, especially Josie and the team. They were very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake. They can also help/arrange for any excursions. The hotel location was perfect. It's 5 minutes walk to the night market, Ho Kiem Lake, the puppet show, tons of street food restaurants as soon as you step out, massage spas. We went to the one on the right of the hotel as you step out. If you need to change money, jeweller street is around the corner. We went to Thành Ngan, they gave a good exchange rate for dollars and UK pound. The hotel also has a lift which is great if you have big suitcases. Highly recommend staying here. But ask for a room with a balcony so you have a view of the street and not the next building.

Staff were excellent, very helpful. Free coffee and snacks all day. Location right in the heart of the nightlife, but the noise wasn't a problem. The adjoining rooms were great for family with young kids.

I like the location it's located in Central of the hanoi old quarter and it easy and closer for restaurants and shopping. The staffs very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

It’s next to a club - so blasting music until early morning hours. My kids weren’t bothered as much.

We were moved to their sister hotel - Hanoi Center Silk Charming Hotel as the room initially booked didn’t have a working A/C. The only reason we were happy to stay is because of the staff Marko - he was God sent! Everything was sorted for us. He was a Gem! Location is great! Thank you Marko - you made us feel special!

It locates right in the heart of the old town, so we have most to see and taste about Hanoi just by walking around. My daughter likes the hotel's facilities, which are clean and of style (but for me it is more about artistic values rather the convenience of utility). Staff are polite and helpful. Edited (updated): by the end of our stay, my daughter got food poison (because of the food we took from the street, not from the hotel) and vomited, made a mess of the hotel's floor. Even though at the time we already checked out long before, waiting for airport time, the staff and hotel owner were kind and in full support, helped us to send my daughter to the nearest hospital. I owe them a great thank and a big apology for the mess we created. We will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.

The location could be too noisy for someone who loves the quiet and relax time in the evening. Bathroom is nice and clean even though the shower head needs a replacment to improve a bit of the quality. Still, with the price we paid, it is still very good economically.

Ha Noi Silk Centre is ideal for a short stay before you travel to the other popular tourist attractions in North Vietnam like Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Lao Cai, Sapa, etc. The location was right at the center of Hanoi Old Quarter town, 15 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, The Huc Bridge and pupet theater. The were so many amenties and facilities like food stalls, restaurant, supermarket, bar, pub, etc around. The location is perfect for someone who loves busy night life. Staff was helpful and very friendly with all warm welcoming and be there when you are in need. The room designed in trendy vintage style with a small balcony of the direct view of Ha Noi Old Quater town underneath. The design is good for someone who have a taste of the vintage old style of an old Hanoi.

It definitely could have been a bit cleaner, and I thought it was very strange that they left the doors to the rooms without guests staying in them open.

Great location tucked away on beer street! We didn’t find it too noisy, and the staff was super accommodating and kind.
