Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A really nice hostel on the beach with great areas to relax in the day and socialise at night. They offered group tours where we made many friends, and the proximity to restaurants was great

The top bunk felt unsafe especially as a larger person. Definitely felt it swaying and creaking when climbing up and when the person below was moving around. Could take a little while to get anything done at reception.
Amazing seafront location and outdoor area. Food and drink very reasonably priced. The air conditioned dorm was nice and cool. Next to other good restaurant and bars. Good value for money.

Amazing location right in front of the sea. Chill vibes, and friendly staff. I loved the restaurant and the pool table. The private was cozy and greag value for money.

Was expecting to be slightly more sociable but if you’re in a couple or with friends it’s alright.
Right by the beach, friendly staff & cheap drinks. Easy to get anywhere by grab and can organise excursions. Cute cats & dogs too.

Could do with some curtains on the beds and showers weren’t that great but for the money I can’t complain!
Lovely location right on the beach. Nice chill vibes in the evening, pool table and hammocks everywhere. Able to book tours and busses to next location. Great value for money

Very nice Hostel in front of the beach, the vibe is more closer to the parties, you have noise from the front bar till late night. If you are looking for that its okay, if you want to rest and be chill maybe you can still looking for other hostel. The bed was a rock.

The room was getting old. The bed was hard. A lot of furniture needed updates.
The location was good. Near the beach, near good restaurants like the food court. The outdoor area was nice, lots of nice places to sit.

The bed is very hard. I stayed in a bunk, and every time the person above moved, it made a lot of noise, which woke me up. Also, with the sound of the air conditioning, it was very difficult to sleep since the noise kept waking me up. The room is very dark and has a lot of mosquitoes. There is a protective net, but some still manage to get in.
The location and the vibe are great, with sea views and a good restaurant with various food options. The staff was great, very friendly, and always with a smile. The hostel has a good vibe, and the people you meet are very friendly. The hostel offers tours that can be affordable, starting at 120 VND, but they don't specify that the cost at the sand dunes can be 300 VND. However, overlooking this, it was a good day.

The outside area, the communal space is great, nice vibe, right in front of the sea. The stay in general was ok. Not my cup of tea. But if you into the hostel vibe it might work for you.

Lovely hosts who were very welcoming. Our stay was made extra special with some roses for our engagement. Tasty food. And highlight- gorgeous dogs with the cutest labrador puppy 🐶

Mattresses are quite hard as pointed out by other reviews. When I stayed there in low season they did construction work on the hostel and started drilling at 7am in the morning.
The hostel owner always asked me if I’ve got a nice stay. Scooter rental and tour booking through the hostel. Not that much going on in low season. The hostel still got a nice and chill vibe. The property is on the seafront, but you have to get a scooter to go to the beach for a swim.

Unfortunately the room has had its days, the bathroom could use some love. but for this price and location. I wont complain, as it was clean enough.
Loved the area, the food and drinks. Also nice location with easy access to both the beach and the restaurants around.

The outside furniture could have been a bit cleaner, but it had a rustic vibe to it.
The hostel was right by the beach, which was lovely. The dorm was spacious so everyone had space for bags. There were lockers available too.

The place needs a bit of maintenance. Bathrooms, door nobs not working properly. Very noisy. Also, the doors for the rooms are glass and you close them with a chain and a locker, which makes it a bit complicated and not very private as there’s a thin curtain to cover.
Location is amazing. Nice atmosphere beach front. There is a restaurant within the hotel and the food is delicious and very good price. Benches, hammocks, tables, lots of outdoor space.

I got an electric shock from the plug socket and we had many mosquitoes in the room. Basic asian bathroom
Great facilities, right on the ocean, outdoor gym and nice social spaces, kitchen and chill out areas. Happy that we were provided mosquito nets, nice to have some toiletries on offer
