The shower smelled like poop occasionally. Not sure if it’s the drain but the shower is really long so the smell didn’t travel beyond the sinks - other parts of the room were spared. Staffs were great. Always bringing a smile, providing exceptional service. Location in my opinion was good cause it wasn’t in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. But near enough that a car ride is only 10-15 minutes from all the destinations. The bed felt like the one we have at home. Firm enough for back AND side sleepers

The sleep quality was bad. The air conditioning switches off the fan also, when desired temp is reached. So the noise of air flow would stop and start again disturbing the sleep. Had to use white noise to sleep. BTW, the fan was not on AUTO, which could have led to this situation. The noise insulation in rooms is also not great. Light sleepers could get disturbed. Also, while most of hotel was empty, had to really push repeatedly for an early check in at 1pm. Else rest was fine - clean nice place, friendly staff.

Just 1 small concern; the slipper provided to the customer was used, not new. We brought this to attention during checkout.

Nothing at all!

Staff are super friendly, the buffet is excellent, the facilities are excellent, the aircon is super cold, which my partner throughly enjoyed, I had minor issues with the room (shower head leaking) and they were very apologetic and gave us complimentary fruits as a sorry. I have no bad words.

High quality, room is spacious, everything is new and comfortable. My room is 76m2 with ocean view and I really love it. The staff supported to arrange early checkin at 2pm, i appreciated.

1. Breakfast - has very little veg food options. Even, they should keep the veg food at separate counter. 2. They claim to have free cycles, But were never available in our stay of 4 nights. Always the answer is - we have stopped this facility as we have weather update of heavy rains (when there was clear sunlight outside!)

The location is just perfect, you have a beautiful sea view from your room balcony. the rooms are also spacious and have few 24*7 stores around.

The sewerage smell at arrival driveway. Building needs a clean outside, though so does most of Danang.

Breakfast was fantastic, chefs very accommodating. All staff very helpful. Housekeeping did an awesome job. A memorable New Years Eve event.

The furniture showed signs of wear, carpet and couch had stains. A suggestion: the balcony has enough space for a small table and 2 chairs so the guests can enjoy the view comfortably.

The bed was too soft for me and my lover back was sore…

I had a premium room booked which overlooked the ocean. The view is breath taking! The hotel is further away from the noisy area (I could sleep with my balcony door open and listen to the waves). The hotel facilities are incredible! I used the gym and the rooftop pool and treated myself to the facial at the spa. I only stayed for 2 nights but I was so relaxed that it felt much longer! The hotel was better than expected. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are allocated in the changing rooms for the gym so female and male customers don’t need to share them. Great idea! And the view from all the facilities is amazing!
