Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

VietnamMy experience with Four Points by Sheraton is generally good (fast check-in process; friendly and dedicated room service and bar staff). However, during my last morning at the hotel, there were issues at the buffet breakfast restaurant (level 3) that made my experience incompleted: 1. As I couldn't eat much and didn't want to waste food, I only took a small amount, just enough to eat. After putting my food on the table, I went to get water and when I came back all my food had been thrown away by the staff. I feel uncomfortable with this behavior. The staff should have asked my opinion before throwing all the food away like that. Furthermore, I feel that the staff works like a machine, only focusing on clearing the table without being tactful, not paying attention to customers and wasting food unnecessarily. 2. At the beverage counter, there are several types of vegetable and fruit juices. I saw watermelon juice but there was only about half a glass left. I asked the staff if I could have watermelon juice? The staff replied that that was it, watermelon juice was only for private room. Because they still have leftovers, they leave them here for other guests. I asked the staff that I had seen watermelon juice served in previous sessions to all guests and they said it was watermelon juice mixed with other juices, not pure watermelon??? It's funny that watermelon, a fruit that is so popular, low cost, and very common in every hotel restaurant, is a rarity at a hotel like Four Points. Besides, the staff's response made customers feel unappreciated and feel like a kind of secondary guests. I will consider whether I should return to Four Points for my next vacation. 3. And finally, I would like to privately feedback the above to Four Points but cannot find a channel to contact (email, phone or QR code...). I went to the website to find a contact but couldn't find it. So, via Booking.com's survey, hope the hotel can read it.

South KoreaFor the star rating and price of the hotel, I felt like certain things were a little basic, such as the quality of the toiletries. Also, I went to use the sauna / whirlpool room about an hour after it had officially opened, and the steam room and sauna hadn't been turned on yet. None of these are huge complaints - I just thought it would all feel a little more luxurious.
Right across from the beach, nice staff, lots of services and useful facilities on site. A swim in the rooftop pool was a great way to start the day.

VietnamThe room is not as much spacious as the expectation for the paid for the other 5 stars hotel. The soundproff is not very good, we still hear the noise outside the room.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, always available for any request/ question. The location is great and nearby many seafood restaurants.

AustraliaThe lift sounds were too high and we could hear ‘ding dings’ the whole night with people going in and out of the hotel at all times. This really disturbed our sleep. At peak time 6 - 10am the lifts would be so busy and crowded that it takes you around 15 mins to get to the breakfast buffet. There were no chairs in the balcony for us to sit down and enjoy the views. The bathroom needed a good clean to get rid of stains, mould and dirt in the grouts. It was really disgusting to look at the shower tiles and bathroom sink. There was a foul smell in the lobby and hallways at all time which was really unpleasant.
The spa was amazing, the therapists were highly trained. Seeing the reviews and having bad experiences in the past, we were a bit skeptical to go in for a massage at the hotel and fortunately we decided to give it a go and were really impressed with the service. The hotel also have incredible ocean views and we could see the lady Buddha statue from our room.

New ZealandWhen you choose partial view, you are facing a construction building, which is not that enjoyable and there are no chairs in the balcony.
It’s close to the Danang beach and also a few restaurants around the areas. The room in the good size, breakfast is great. Services also good.

Australia1. Rooms are too small and cramped. I was on level 31. 2. Toilet didn't work and needed the plumber to come by to fix it 3. Bathroom- there were old grout stains and felt worn and dates 4. Had some booking issues with the front desk girl trying to explain to me the extra room charges. Took me 5 attempts to explain it to her. She wanted to charge me -extra person fee, room surcharge fee .... It didn't make sense at all. Took her 30 min before calling the manager to solve it in 2 minutes. Tara- manager on duty. She's the best. 5. Movie night- they played the wrong movie for my 8 and 10 yo to watch. We watched the movie anyway because it was another cartoon. Comfy bean bags for you to sit on. 6. As soon as you walk into the lobby area there is a distinct smell..... Disinfectant/smelly socks/toilet smell (this is what my kids called it) but there is an odor of some sort. Could be the De Nang smell, not sure.
1. Great rooftop pool 2. The breakfast buffet was good 3. Clean room and service from room attendants was fast and efficient. 4. If you don't spend too much time in the room and are mostly out doing activities then this place is fine. If you plan on staying in and lazing around then it could become cramped. 5. The sauna and spa- seperate one for Males and Females. Sauna fits 2/3 adults. It's tiny BUT the view is of the city floor to ceiling glass- quite awesome. Both sauna and spa are old and need a little fixing up. 6. High tea- great selection of little treats. Loved it.

GermanyIt would be very nice to have something to sit or lay down in the sauna area. It is a bit funny to have to sit on the stairs between two rounds of sauna. The communication flows in the hotel have severe room to improve. My partner got stuck in an elevator with 9 people. They rang the bell and asked for help. They heard someone but nothing seemed to happen. No ongoing communication to keep people from panicking, no action. Only when I alerted the rooftop bar an engineer sprang I to action. But even at that point no communication flow to the people inside nor to me. Luckily my partner had his phone and I was able to give him and the people inside updates on what I saw happening. Please have standard procedures with good communication put in place for things like that. Afterwards they offered us a complimentary tea time, which was very nice.
Wonderful breakfast, very nice hotel and amenities. Used the pool and sauna. Right across the street from the beach.

AustraliaAll I can fault are the lifts. They are slow for a hotel of this standard, It's a big hotel with a lot of guests but the lifts seem to run really inefficiently. And on a couple of occasions, all of the floors pressed cleared and we ended up going the other way for a while. First-world problems but not in line with the rest of the hotel experience.
Beach view, beds - OMG so comfy. The team working at the hotel were amazing at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always subtly looking out for you to make sure everything was looked after. I had a rude guest trying to repeatedly push past me in quite a full-on way in the breakfast queue, the lady checking people in for breakfast noticed this and personally made a point to serve me first and escort me to my own table. All without making a fuss. Also, Tai deserves a shout-out - he was so helpful both on my arrival and also with some internet questions I had (the internet was fine and fast btw). For the gluten-free, GF bread was available at breakfast, often sweet varieties (with berries etc).

SpainFrom the moment I arrived at the reception and checked in, to the lovely surprises I found when I entered the room by remembering the little note I mentioned that this trip was for my mother's birthday, and those staffs at the kitchen who always welcome us with huge smile and recommend us to have the most nutritious breakfast, and until the final moment of check-out -- all the staff members were very kind and attentive. The room was spacious enough and got an amazing view exactly same as the photo. Also 36th floor swimming pool was huge plus. Definitely would come back for next time.
