It would be nice if there were chairs on the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view. This seems to be a popular hotel for large tour groups and as a result the lobby and elevators can be a zoo sometimes.
7.5 out of 10. Very good oceanfront location with nice views. Room was a reasonable size. Nice rooftop restaurant and on-site spa. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Poland50 Reviews11 helpful votes“Short stay by the beach”Beds are called double and we were told that 3 people will fit but they were too small for 2 persons that is not a couple (I travelled with adult children). I was disappointed that the beach in front of the hotel did not have an easy access and had no beach staff like sun beds, umbrellas etc. You need to walk to a public beach for that.
The hotel has great location for beach holidays. The breakfast is great with a huge choice of all kind of foods. You can get even a real coffee there. Beach is just a short walk across the street. If you fancy eating outside of the hotel there is a short walk to a street that in the evening is full of life and offers plenty choices of food.

I still fail to understand why we as guests had to suffer their ordeal.
The staff were truly amazing and kind, the area was new to us and we felt that the location was ideal to our needs, the breakfast area was super generous with loads of choices to be able to choose from.

The staff at the hotel are very hospitable and very helpful. Restaurant staff are very supportive. We had dietary restrictions and restaurant manager made sure we got it all through our stay. We were struggling to communicate for a taxi ride, hotel staff stepped in for help without asking for and got us the taxi. That is very appreciative and shows the culture and nature of employees. The infrastructure and cleanliness was impeccable. Loved the stay there.
