Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandRooms are quite small, but that is exactly how it will look like in every hostel in such location.
Perfect solution for backpackars. Located in the center of backapackers quarter near Pham Ngu Lao street, so it is very close to all what You need - buses, restaurants, exchanges, War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace and clubs in Bui Vien street (if you like entertainment like that ;). Despite that, it is quite silent inside, and we haven't got any problems with going asleep. Personel is very helpful and will organize for You any local trip You need. They speek good English. Rooms are very clean, there is a rooftop terrace where You can chill in the evening.

PortugalIf I had to point one thing, would be the fact that the rooms are all located on the upper floors and are only accessible by a rather steep and narrow staircase. Otherwise, the hostel is great.
Superb location, just 2 min away from Bui Vien walking street, and yet it was very quiet during the night, probably because it is in a secondary alleyway and a bit harder to find. The staff was welcoming and attentive, being very responsive for requests for information and helped booking activities. The room had A/C, comfortable (although a bit stiff) beds and the bedsheets were clean. Toiletries were provided and there is a small common kitchen and terrace that are nice to prepare a quick snack and to hang out. The hostel felt more like a modest hotel, in terms of privacy and room allocation, and it was quite a good value-for-money option.

The location - if you wanted to be in the middle of Wlaking Street - was great! Images in the website are a tad fanciful, but for the price paid a great place!

We had such a great time staying at Full House Hostel! It’s the perfect spot if you want to be right in the action—everything we needed was just a short walk away, from amazing street food to cool cafes and must-see sights. Super convenient! The room may have been small, but it was seriously cozy—clean, comfy, and just what we needed after a day of exploring. Plus, the Wi-Fi was impressively fast, which was a huge win for us! Overall, a fantastic stay with everything we needed. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and well-located place to crash in Vietnam, this is it! Would totally stay here again!

CanadaIt was a bit hard to find in a series of small laneways but once I figured it out I really liked it. In a typical Saigon family neighborhood. Bed was hard as a rock but that’s not unusual for Asia.
Spotlessly clean and although the room was small it was well appointed with everything I needed including a couple small shelves right by the bed.

United KingdomRooms were quite small but we expected this from the city accommodation. The main picture displayed on booking.com isn’t really representative of what it actually looks like. A short walk from the main road so you cannot get dropped directly outside from a taxi. Found the staff a little cold.
Really good location if you want to be near the walking street, but far enough away that you don’t hear anything from the rooms! Clean and comfortable room.

Czech RepublicIt's good to say that if you you are looking for a quiet place, this is not the best option for you as Bui Vien street is pretty loud every day till 4-5am morning so you are hearing the music from clubs at this street.
The accomodation is only a few seconds from Bui Vien street so if you're looking for night life this is very good option for you, also you can find central bus station nearby for your journeys in Saigon.
