There were no solid blinds for one of the bathrooms, so the other side of the villa/hallway could see into the bathroom while showering (see photo) - lack of privacy.

The host Tina was superb, helped us with planning and was very accommodating! The private pool was amazing and the shower had great water pressure.

The beds were very hard.

The house was clean and beautiful. The resort it’s located in was great! Had nice restaurants and pools. The wrap around pool at the house was great! The staff were amazing and helpful with the housekeeping, the buggy driver who brought us around the resort, to the butler who helped check in and organize tours and taxis. Kiddos to Sara, Vince and Jenny for all their help.

Some parts of the villa were a little old/run down and could use a touch-up. Nothing major though.

The location was between Da Nang and Hoi An, and it was very easy checking in and out. Villa facilities were great and the pool was amazing. Staff were very helpful, and Tony made communication very easy and had great English skills. We also got a free upgrade to a nicer villa for a portion of our stay.

You can experience the chef at the villa at a cheaper price than at the restaurant at the resort. Having a BBQ at the villa is also great. You should order more from the list for a variety of dishes. The trip to Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, Linh Ung Pagoda, Helio Center, Asian Park Sun World... was easy with Sarah assisting via Line and arranging it all. Her driver is also great and funny. Great! Next year, we will come back, the vacation was worth the money.

The private chef's food is excellent at the villa, the facilities in the villa are quite new, it looks to have been beautifully renovated, and comfortable, we enjoyed lots of massages booked through Sarah, she will assist you in making all appointments, book a car to go to Hoi An with a great driver! Appreciated it!

The hotel and villa site is so huge, so sometimes we need a cart to go to the restaurant inside the area. Once the cart which we asked was not coming. And if there’s a small shop to buy alcohol or snacks inside the area, that’s better!

It’s located between Danang and Hoian, so we can go both very conveniently. We stayed at the villa, which was so nice and cozy like staying at home. Especially we loved the pool in front of the villa. And in-villa breakfast, and Nep restaurant is also great! There is not a usual front desk like some hotels, but we asked Sarah via chat app about anything what we wanted and needed. She suggested us to have another room (with some fee)after check-out our room to spend time until late night fright, that was very helpful. The butler, Mr Vince was so kind and helped us many times, Jannie as well. Thank you so much!

Great service! They set up a Whatsapp group with us immediately after we arrived and they messaged us often to see whether anything was okay. Had a few hiccups with the aircon but they called some people in to fix it immediately. Service 10/10.

The Villa old and worn out, housekeeping never complete and always needed to ask something to fix or do. No kitchen linen, too much hassle to obtain any service, cleanliness of bathooms, there was mold everywhere. And ofcourse the terrible attitude of the people from the spa. They should fire the 2 monkeys and their manager. Nobody deserves to be treated the way they do.

Some furniture was not in good conditions, the light at the swimming pool wasn’t working and the aircond in one room was erratic.

The space of the Villa was nice and comfortable.

Mainly dissatisfied with two of the bathrooms in the 4 BR villa. Bathroom blinds were sheer so there was little privacy - especially at night. The owner tried to fix it but wasn't able to block out or cover the enter window. The bath/shower had no curtain so we were forced to shower with a gentle setting and had to be careful not to have water splash outside of the tub otherwise the entire bathroom would flood. The shower head fell apart on multiple occasions so we decided to shower without the water filter. Also had mould in my hand-soap dispenser.

Nice location by the beach but far from Da Nang's city centre and authentic local restaurants.
