The lobby was full of random objects and motors. The staff was a young boy who was friendly but couldn't really help us with some questions we had. The rooms are a bit dated but still work.

It was exactly what we needed. A hotel for a short night before moving on to the next destination.

We have a morning to have the breakfast by paying the hotel. My advice is you do not need to pay for the breakfast in the hotel instead go outside and pleanty of choices available

There is almost no soundproof, I can hear everything from the hallway.

The room is well equipped and the staff is nice. Location is also good, not far from the old quarter and bus station.

The a/c unit did not have heating unit so the room has been very cold. After asking about it the hotel receptionist gave me a small heater which was fine. The room requires more maintenance: some of the ceiling painting peels, some of the lighting is noisy etc...

Good location, close to all attractions in the old quarter. There is a real bath in the room! The staff speaks good English, friendly and very helpful.

The aircon idiot king was a bit loud but they were in the process of fixing it

It was very central for a traveler, right next to the old quarter but away from it as well.

No heater so it was cold in January. The main bed was like a slab of concrete .. No mattress to speak of. The second smaller bed was ok. There was a constant drone of equipment somewhere.

Excellent, helpful friendly staff. Great location at the edge of the Old Quarter. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

It’s very run down, bits of it look like a building site with concrete and wires sticking out, on our first night we were told that the superior room that we booked had water damage, so we were given a standard room and I would advice against booking this one ( bed wasn’t comfortable, ac didn’t work properly, it was freezing in the room and we couldn’t warm it up, there was a massive hole in the bathroom ceiling letting in the cold air) on our second night we got moved to the superior room which was much better but still definitely didn’t live up to its price tag

Staff were the best thing about this place, everyone was very friendly and helpful, we had to book this hotel very last minute as our other booking turned out to be a scam. Staff at the reception welcomed us warmly and sorted out all the issues we encountered promptly ( the lock to our room didn’t work) Bed was comfy, there was a bath and location was very good

The room wasn’t clean, I found there are pubic hair on the bed. Toilet basin was dirty. Mattress was too old.

Room was still occupied when we arrived, had to move to a different hotel from their chain of hotels. Staff apologised many times, but the fact that they waited for us to get there first and then organised a new room for us in a different hotel means they were not attentive enough. The other hotelroom had a strong sewage smell. Maybe we just got unlucky, but i would think again booking this hotel in the future.

Decent value for money, located in a good spot. Only for short stays recommended.
