The elevator often smells of cigarette smoke, despite designated outdoor smoking areas. The water heater takes a while to warm up. The shower door doesn't fully open, making entry a bit cramped. The TV screen has permanent horizontal colored lines.

Spacious kitchen area and a very comfortable, soft mattress. Ample storage and wardrobe space make it easy to settle in. Located in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter — very convenient for exploring.

I had a really pleasant stay here. First of all, the location is excellent—very convenient for getting around, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, offering great local recommendations. One highlight was a pub with affordable prices, great drinks, and a cozy atmosphere—definitely worth a visit! I would absolutely stay here again if I return.

Hanoi Ben's is an excellent place to stay. It had friendly staff, a big comfortable bed, large tv, cooking facilities, a decent sized fridge, and a fancy Japanese toilet with heaps of buttons. Plus, Ben's Pub is right beneath the hotel and makes amazing cocktails. While Ben's doesn't have a check-in desk in the lobby, everything was quickly and easily arranged by staff, who are quick to arrive when you text them.

It was a lovely stay in a quiet street next to many restaurants, atms and 20 min walk from Old Quarter. The flat had everything that could be needed for a long stay. The pub was nice too.

The apartment was so amazing I spent a lot of time enjoying it and not so much time enjoying the city.

This was the best apartment I stayed during this trip, not only cuz the decoration was cute but also, it was so complete, it literally had everything I needed and more. Perfect for remote workers. I loved the little sofa by the window, and the balcony. Bed was super comfortable, wifi was great and they also had a rooftop everyone can access which was lovely. The staff was super helpful and supported me with airport pick up and drop off to my next location. Everyhting was perfect during my stay, easy check in, check out. Location is convenitent with loads of cute cafes and restaurants near by, about 20mim walk to old quarter.

I didn’t like that the location on Google and Grab did not match my actual location. Worst, that this was not communicated upfront.

The self contained studios are very cheap for its size and amenities.

I’ve just returned from the most delightful stay at this accommodation, and I can honestly say it was one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The apartment exceeded all my expectations – it was beyond equipped with everything I could have ever imagined. The attention to detail was incredible, with modern comforts such as a surround sound system, a large fridge, and two air conditioning units, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was perfect, featuring an oven, grill, and hob, and even the mood lighting set the right tone for a relaxing atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of thought and investment went into creating a space that wasn’t just a place to stay but a true haven for guests. The accommodation also boasts a stunning pub, which is of top-notch quality, and I had the pleasure of enjoying its offerings during my stay. The airport transfer was seamless and affordable. Additionally, the laundry service was both affordable and left my clothes smelling amazing. But above all, what really made my stay exceptional was the lady who runs the place. She was an incredibly kind, sincere, and caring soul, and her warmth truly made the entire experience unforgettable. This stay exceeded all my expectations, and if I ever return to Vietnam, I’ll be sure to make it my business to visit and stay here again. Highly recommended!

The check-in process could be smoother—sharing the door codes and WiFi password in advance would make arrival easier. The room includes a kettle and tea cups, but no tea or coffee, which is unusual. A few tea bags would be a nice touch, especially for guests arriving after long flights. Additionally, providing hand towels and ensuring hand soap is available would improve the experience. The room is located next to the elevator, so we could hear it frequently. Soundproofing could also be improved for better comfort.

I had a very satisfying experience staying at this hotel. First of all, the hotel is in a central location, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. From here, I could easily walk to popular attractions, local restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, tidy, and cleaned daily, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The interior is simple yet fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, perfect for travelers. What I liked the most was the small pub located right downstairs. It’s an ideal place to unwind in the evening, enjoy a cold beer, and chat with friends. Despite having a pub, the hotel remains quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. It would have been nice to have a bit more tableware; we were missing forks, knives, and glasses. But we did not ask anybody about that, maybe the would bring all needed if we would ask :)

The value for money at this hotel was simply excellent! We got a gorgeous and spacious apartment in a great location with a very stylish design. The air conditioner worked perfectly for heating, which was important since we visited Hanoi in winter when it can be quite chilly. The lady who checked us in was very kind and always ready to help. Plus, the manager, Tony, stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp and even helped arrange our airport transfer at a great price. Also we liked the bar downstairs. Visit it if you have some time in the evening :) Highly recommend this place!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Manager Ha is an absolute gem—She was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Hanoi made it super convenient to walk to restaurants, markets, and the city center. Plus, there's a small Pud spot on-site that's definitely worth trying. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, so I’d like to share my honest review. First of all, the hotel is very clean,from the lobby to the rooms, everything is tidy and well-maintained. The room was well-designed, fully equipped, and had a comfortable bed with good ventilation. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, with many great restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also used the airport pickup service, and it was smooth, on time, and hassle-free. One of the best parts was the hotel’s affordable tours to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sapa. I booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, and it was totally worth it—the transportation, guide, and itinerary were all well-organized. Overall, this is a reliable and comfortable hotel, perfect for anyone looking for a clean place with great service. I would definitely stay here again if I return! 😊

Nice, spacious room with all of the listed facilities. The shower was great and the bed soft which is not usual for Vietnam. The receptionist Ha was very helpful and kind giving us tips to prepare for Tet when everything will be closed and helping us with our laundry. The location is in a nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Takes about 20 min to old town which for us was great because we didn’t want to live in that busy area. We didn’t even notice the bar in the basement so that won’t be a problem. Loved that there finally was a building with an elevator ;)

This is the first hotel in Hanoi that is that clean and has everything you need. The staff is amazing, Ha offered me twice for free laundry and did an amazing job, she has a super good energy as well overall amazing stay here great kitchen great bathroom even with heaters in the shower and the bed is super comfortable 10 out of 10.
