The rooms can get a bit stinky but once in your capsule it’s quite alright

The mattresses were hard which was great for our backs. The location is great because it’s right next to the old quarter so everything we wanted to see was walking distance from the hostel. It’s a cool experience to wake up, lie in bed and watch the city - though if you’re sensitive to sound it may be sometimes difficult to sleep

We spent 5 nights here. Dorm room was one of the best we’ve had in a hostel. Comfy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was also a good buffet on the rooftop. However, bathroom is a wet room (and was also wet). Also important note: I wouldn’t get the bus to Luang Prabang, Laos with these guys. We ask specifically for the journey details and bus photos (which we got), but was not reality for our 24 hour journey. As 3 hours in we were changed to another bus and put in a dark corner on the bus with delivery items around us and thin mat to lie on.

I had a double capsule to myself which was great, the bed comes with a fan, light, fold out desk and storage shelves. I would say the locker is a tiny bit small but you can store bigger bags downstairs at reception for free. The staff are great, breakfast is good enough and they do laundry for a good price to. Reception can book tours and transfers aswell.

Well the toilet is not ideal but it’s a hostel so I don’t have much to complain about

Overall it is alright as a hostel. The biggest pro for me was the breakfast in the morning and how comfortable the bed/capsule itself is.

Bit chilly in the rooms at night. Hot showers only last for an avergae of 3 - 4 minutes then no longer hot.

Smooth running of the place and helpful staff very organised place. Great brekkie too balanc of fruits and proteins. The capsules are well designed to give privacy with clinds, indivudla lighting and a feelingof space.

The only thing I would say was the toilets would stay blocked for a while before someone coming to fix it.

The bathroom!! Disgusting! There is a strong smell, it's very dirty, and the toilet paper is always wet and not clean! The toilets need a major improvement!

On few occasions, I encountered dirty toilets with visible poop stains, which was both unsanitary and disappointing. 🥴

I did appreciate the comfortability of the bed area, which made for a restful stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient, and the price was reasonable, making it a good value overall.

It’s noisy as it is just right infront of crowded stress. There was some guest that couldn’t make the washroom clean. They keep throwing the tissue everywhere. It was not the hostel mistake👌

Bathrooms a bit smelly from damp, more of a wet room so toilets and everything gets soaked when showering.

Double bed bunk beds were great and comfy, blinds on beds blocked out light. Great location, staff lovely. Free breakfast was the highlight.

Washroom can be separated for bath and toilets, then would be better, also some toilets flush were not working so it was smelly sometime. They can provide handwash, which was not there in toiletries.

Location, peaceful at night, breakfast was good and clean terrace area, capsule for two is comfortable, if there can be any hangers it would be better. Also it has reading lights. You can ho for it if you are travelling a lot and taking rest at night. Value for money
