Good hotel in brilliant location and lovely big room. What really made it was the staff, who were all incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Rosie for sorting so many things for us during our stay - above and beyond.

The hotel is very well located, a fer minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, with multitude of shops and restaurants around. The room was very comfortable, and the welcome exceptional. We had also booked a Cruise to halong with the hotel which was great, and well organised. Highly recommend!

Well located in the middle of the old quarter, rooms and beds are comfortable, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They even gave us the breakfast in take away as we were leaving early for the airport.

This is a very clean and beautiful hotel. Every amenity was perfect! The staff was amazing, kind and really helpful. Breakfast had a rich variety of options (buffet) and it was delicious. Great location, at the centre of the old quarter and close to all attractions in Hanoi by foot. A totally recommended stay.

We came back to the hotel again after 2 days in Cat Ba and were happily surprised with a free room upgrade! They were also super generous with letting us keep one of our suitcases with them while we were away on the short trip. The breakfast was great with lots of options and the room was super comfortable.

We had a lovely stay here and the location was perfect, only a few minutes was to the lake. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming. On the second morning we had an early pick-up and we had a packed breakfast ready for us when we left and Rosie was lovely and always followed up with us on Whatsapp, before and after our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at E Central Hotel in Hanoi. The facilities are perfectly fine – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. But what truly made our experience stand out was the incredible service from Rosie. Even before we arrived in Vietnam, while we were still in the Netherlands, Rosie was already helping us plan our trip. She sent us several tour options for Ban Gioc and Halong Bay, helped us compare them, and made sure everything was arranged in advance. It was such a relief to have everything sorted before we even landed – way less stressful than trying to figure it all out from another country. Via WhatsApp and in real life, she was super helpful, always quick to respond and genuinely caring. She constantly checked in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also very kind and welcoming, but Rosie truly went above and beyond. She elevated our entire Hanoi experience and made it unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel – especially if you value that extra level of personal care and service!

Stayed here for 4 nights during our 9 nights in the north of Vietnam. Great place to stay if you’re in Hanoi. The staff here are genuinely kind and hospitable making you feel like home. A big shout out to Rosie who not only helped us plan all our trips but is available to contact at anytime and prompt in her replies. Location is ideal in old quarter with easy in and out as it is close to the main road.

What a touch of luxury! I was thoroughly spoilt and pampered by every single staff member at E Central. This hotel offers everything you could wish for - comfy beds, air con, hot showers, bottled water, a kettle, excellent wifi, and the most delicious breakfast menu. The boys courteously open the doors for you and take your luggage, and Rosie and the other members at the desk treat you like family. And the location is brilliant - only 5 easy minutes to the gorgeous lake. I'm definitely making the E Central my Hanoi home away from home forever more.

This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting all the important sites of Hanoi. And so close to the beautiful lake and lots of lovely eateries! Apart from the delicious street food, try the delectables at Bread Factory! They are so yum. The staff at E Central are the most lovely I have met in all my travels from south to north in Vietnam. So kind, caring and gracious. They think of everything and genuinely care that you are happy and feel like it is your home away from home. The rooms are so comfortable and the beds are Goldilocks 'just right' haha! Also, I highly recommend the delicious breakfasts - there is plenty of choice to be had! If you want to be spoilt then I can only strongly advocate that you stay here. Many hotels promise a lot but too often fail to deliver and leave one feeling very disappointed - this is NOT one of those hotels.

9F suite is spacious with lots of natural light. Balcony also large. Rare in this area for the price. Very comfortable.

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful room, beautiful city, beautiful people at the hotel. Great location - close to everything! They could not do enough for us and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely come back to this hotel.
